I also wanted to add that I agree with most of the posters commenting in the MLB threads that they dislike this new format altogether. As for myself I think I may go blind.

That said if I have to get used to it I'll cope. However a key handicapping ingredient is missing, and that is the Series Game Records. IMO these are very useful, especially later in the season and I've used this section for profit in the past. Here is what I'm talking about in case my post is confusing. This is from USA Today. Can you guys find a way to incorporate this box into the new format?

Wow you're quick - Thanks!

I hope they'll take into account how the posters feel about the layout.

It's not all bad, but the Series Game Records Box is a must have. Without it I wouldn't know the Tigers are now 15-1 in Game #2 of a Series after winning Game #1 since last year, or that the Rockies are 25-46 in Game 3 or 4 of a Series.

Thanks Again!

VERY disappointed in the new format for baseball.  If they are keeping a tally, put me down as STRONGLY favoring a return to the old format..... OR, perhaps they can offer a choice!!!

hey scott I totally agree with you. i thought I was the only one who loved that series game record tool. Towards the middle and end of the season those stats work great and have also won me alot of money. Sometimes i bet baseball strictly by that and I dont even look at the starting pitchers haha. Covers please just go back to the old format that everybody is use to

Please create a database for the side and total for first 5 innings for each game as well. I know pregame.com is wokring on that. Covers.com should do the same to keep the members in this community.

Well, since everyone is getting their pet peeves out I have another suggestion. I've noticed this for YEARS but never moaned about it, but......

Games need to be graded ATS and O/U wise based upon the Closing Lines in all sports. I've seen Totals in NCAAF go from 52 to 55 an hour before the game. Yet when looking at Covers the following Season when the two teams play again the Matchup page shows the Line recorded at the stale '52'. This happens in all sports, and renders the ATS and O/U Stats incorrect. A current example is tonight's Bulls game. The Bulls are now -8. But if they win by 7, as things stand now Covers would incorrectly record it as a Push and by 8 would be a Cover and an ATS L for Dallas. This should be corrected..

Don't mean to be a PITA but can we get an update?

There is a lot of unused space under the Power Rankings on the right side of the page. Am I incorrect in thinking that a tech guy could make a quick adjustment and return the Series Game Records? I think we've made a good case as to why they are useful.

It's been about a month guys. The all important Series Game Records are still missing. Overall the format of the page is blinding my eyes compared to how it was displayed in previous years. Handicapping is hard enough without sunglasses :)

When are the appropriate changes going to be implemented?
