#52 Posted: 12/1/2012 1:39:10 PM Murray in big games? See any of them. If he doesn't screw it up GA has a shot. That seems unlikely. Bama -7 |

#55 Posted: 12/1/2012 3:17:55 PM Alabama loss to Texas AM came after the pseudo rivalry away game at LSU which they won.
Georgia loss to South Carolina came after Georgia high-scoring game victory over Tennessee.
Appears that Alabama will be psyched for this game and not have an emotional/physical let down after a big rivalry game.
Don't like the points, but Alabama will get pressure on the quarterback and disrupt the offense.

#56 Posted: 12/1/2012 3:19:39 PM Chieffan, thanks for the civil, well-rearched response. Looks like a helluva game. Guess I come down on this game being decided more by the current players and that shows a close game. I wouldn't be shocked by anything, except maybe a blowout. Looks close to me. Lot of talent on the field. The team who executes, and who makes the fewest mistakes will celebrate. |

#60 Posted: 12/1/2012 3:41:27 PM I know that everyone believes Bama is the best college team in the land, but i gotta tell you that Georgia is not to be taken lightly.
Georgia right now are playing their best ball of the year, and strongly
believe that they will go into the Georgia Dome and beat Alabama outright.
I have seen enough of Georgia this year to tell you they are the real deal.
Taking Georgia large. |

If Georgia's offense is that good, they're going to score. I don't believe their defense is good enough to keep Alabama under 27 points. If you feel strongly about it, pound the under my friend, I wish you luck. Maybe people have info that backs betting the spread rather than the total. Good luck! Look the under is money . Anytime bama faces a decent d under is fantastic. Only sweat would be overtime . These teams run 36 times a game not going to change today bang it. |

#72 Posted: 12/2/2012 3:25:12 AM Wish a few things would have went differently (pass interference negated by a phantom tip at the line that led to a blocked FG for a td ) .....but oh well, good call to the Georgia side, they played a lot better than I thought they would. I even have to tip the hat to Murray for showing up to a big game. Although Bama shoulda covered, shoulda doesn't cash tickets.... |
