#1 Posted: 8/15/2012 3:41:23 PM is this a joke? this is the worst offense in the nfl... Yes the have steven jackson, but he is getting up their in age, and other than that they have no real offensive weapons. They have a couple young WR but they are very raw and wont produce much the first year. Steve smith has been said to have a good camp, but he and ammendola both play the slot, and neither will be very affective on the outside agaisnt a good corner. Sam bradford will likely miss time and doesnt have the weapons to be affective anyway. They have a very weak offensive line with a bunch of moving pieces, where Jason smith lost lost his tackle job. Defense has a couple good players in long, finnegan, and laurenitis, but other than that its all young unproven players. also brian schottinhiemer (sp) is the new cordinator, and trust you me, he is awful. They also dont have a defensive cordinator this year. Rookie punter and kicker should also give them problems on special teams.
of all 16 opponents they lost their last game to them the last time they played.
Games I see them having no chance of winning At Detroit at Chicago Green Bay New England (london) at San Fran San Fran at Buffalo at Seatle
they would then have to go 7-1 agaisnt Washington Seatle Arizona at miami Jets at arizona Minnesota at Tampa bay
This team is a 3-4 win team at most 5 they dont have the talent for 6 or 7.
Playing rams under 6 -105 big

#4 Posted: 8/16/2012 3:26:38 AM I liked the opening line of under 5.5, which i didnt bet because some respected football people really liked the over, and i also like the cards under 7 and niners under 10 (and not every team in the same division can stay under, can it?). recently its moves up to 6 or 6.5 at alot of places. Now this i am tempted to bet |

#5 Posted: 8/16/2012 4:39:25 AM What do you think of KC -1 vs. Rams in preseason Saturday?
I see KC having played a GREAT 1st preseason game while the Rams played a garbage 1st preseason game.
KC lost last year to St. Louis and they have some kind of a "trophy" associated with this match up -- I think KC takes it and the line is short only being -1.
Any thoughts? |

#6 Posted: 8/16/2012 6:28:42 AM I personally wouldn't touch the game. In preseason you simply don't know what you are going to get from teams week to week. Just my opinion.

I dont bet preason very often, but the rams are trully terrible 1st 2nd and 3rd team so may be worth a look |

#8 Posted: 8/16/2012 1:41:34 PM Jeff Fisher has been known to do a lot with a little. I wouldn't be surprised if he at least flirted with a push. You know how the NFL is. Pretty unpredictable year to year when you're looking at win totals. |

#12 Posted: 8/24/2012 2:02:18 AM Rams had the most injuries of any team last year, getting hit hard at OL, WR, and DB, then going to 2nd and 3rd string QBs for three games each. Also, they played one of the toughest schedules. In their first 8 games they played the NFC east, Baltimore, Green Bay, and New Orleans. Then by mid season, their injuries made the rest of the season impossible. Bradford was rookie of the year 2 years ago, then had the proverbial sophomore slump. With Fisher to ignite things, oddsmakers see a bounce back, and so do I..
