#26 Posted: 11/13/2009 10:54:00 PM You gotta love the Irish 2 standout recievers who love the YAC yards. Clausen has been brillant, 20 Td's & only 3 INTs, but the real problem is ND hasn't stopped the run in 2 years and just dosen't have a good front seven. Pittsburgh will obviously attack by running and I really like Billy Stull and Lewis from an offense stand-point. Very tough game, its nice to see Clausen throw those nice 2o yards outs and ins, but again, can the Irish defend the run and get pressure on Pitts Qb. Pitt's home and has lots to play for. I wouldn't recommend a large wager here unless you feel it. My gut says, Irish in a shoot out, but come up short again. Pitt 37 Irish 34. Good luck..... |

That bc they are freakin joke. They get to make their own schedule & weis sure made one hell of schedule. They only have 4 games on the road (how is this legal) & they only play 2 teams that are ranked: Pit who is pretty good (from a a very weak Big Easy) & should pound this crap program in the ground. The other is a severely overrated USC team full of young talent that might lose to Stanford today.
& the sorry fools still managed to lose 3 games & will eventually end up with 5 or 6 losses.
I am beyond sick & tired of hearing about ND. THEY ARENT EVEN IN A CONFERENCE, bunch of p_ssies.
PITT -6

Yes, ND should get pounded today and Yes,USC is overrated and should get abused by Stanford as well.Been thinking of betting on the USC/Stanford game.Lets see how the morning games turn out. |

#33 Posted: 11/14/2009 2:02:03 PM First night game for pitt fans on primetime with Pitt being ranked high...pitt team should respond well and be provided that extra motivation to have their first shot on a national stage against perceived 'talent'. Fans play a role in this game and give pitt the edge to cover. een i f no one went to this game...pitt would still cover |

#36 Posted: 11/14/2009 4:19:36 PM I've seen Pitt live @ Louisville and think Notre Dame can cover this....Jimmy Clausen has a big game tonight and ND wins outright saving Weis' job

They won't have to stop a well-executed option this week.
Pitt may win but ND will surely keep it close if not win outright. Last year's game went into OT and the teams are again not that far apart -- they are both improved somewhat over last year. Pitt has WVU and Cinci after ND and conceivably could lose all three.

oh man you are too funny PITT will show why they are moving up. Lose all three? WTF |
