Where does it state that they will get their own franchise?  I read that the Jaguars will play a handful of "home" games there over the next 4 years.

So what you're saying is that in the near future we will have to pronounce them the Jag-u-ares ?

As a Jag fan they are not going to move. They are just going to play 1 game there for the next 4 years. There is noway the NFL is going to put a team there on a full time basis.Travel wise could not workout. The Rams were supposed to play over there but backed out,so the Jags accepted to play there instead.

This is the Shahid Khan's way of marketing the Jaguars, Nothing more nothing less. Anyone who thinks a franchise in London will work is out of their friggin mind, You might as well change the NFL to the IFL, International Football League. I think they're just trying to make the Jaguars a bit more glamorous and maybe increase their fan base.

As a Brit, I want the NFL to be as American as it can be, That's what made me fall in love with it, I don't want some joke of a London franchise to stink up the joint up every year, Fans in England already have teams they root for, We don't want a London franchise because we know they will suck for the first 4/5 years as it is and then what happens??? What if they're in discussions to get moved ???

A few years ago the Chinese wanted to host some regular season EPL Footie matches and the fans over here said hell to the no sista and that was all she wrote, A franchise in Mexico or Canada could work but not in London.

i think the nfl wants nothing more than to expand their market and getting out of jacksonville helps them do that, whether it's LA, or london or wherever.  we'll see what happens.  the nfl is all about money.
