The reality is, covers literally robbed their members. There's nothing more to say than that. I try to watch what I say regarding this matter as I don't want to get banned. I wasn't even a member here when it occurred, but I've done a little bit of digging up on the matter, and there's no denying what had occurred there.

The fact Freedom PROMISED something would be done and has absolutely no response is alarming to me. I said at the time, it was crazy for him to promise to get the money back, and unfortunately it sounds crazier now.

He does a great job of making promises, and a poor job delivering on them. And yes, Covers is obviously much more aware of the financial stability/instability of the companies that they take advertising dollars from. Yet they did NOTHING to stop BetEd from robbing people or informing the members here that things were ready to implode there. This makes Covers complicit in the act of cheating customers out of their funds. And since they obviously won't protect their members from future fraud, you would have to be a fool to visit ANY of the sites that Covers advertises for. I never did business with BetEd, but feel awful for the members here that got duped. And if Covers really had a chance for a settlement, they should have made those owed money aware of their options. But they decided for you that nothing is better than something. The gamblers should have a HUGE say in these matters since they are the reason this site even exists. Yet it appears Covers follows the model of casinos and race tracks and thinks shitting on its loyal customers is good business.
