I can't believe that the Montreal Calgary game didn't end up going over 54.5 since it was 25-10 at half.  Then to add even more BS to the fire i can't believe they came up an inch short of the goal line.  I knew right away that they were going to over turn that call of a touch down but it still hurts.  I no most of you guys don't like pro-line but i had a nice ticket pending on that over.  I had Tigers 1.80 the Nats 1.85 Spain 1.90 and the over 1.80, i played four 50 dollar tickets each ticket paid $569.43.  In total i would have won $2277.72.  Ive had some bad beats but this one is one of the worse i've had in a while, but thats the life of a gambler.

Never a bad thing to vent your frustrations, I know where your coming from. Been there done that.
I saw the the TD, and for whatever it's worth I think they got the call right. Unlike the NFL coaches in the CFL will play out the last minute of the clock regardless of score or field position.
In this situation I'm a little surprised that Trestman actually challenged the call. I was thinking because it was a lopsided score he might just let it slide and head to the locker room.

I agree-I feel for 'ya-tough beat especially on a potentially sweet parlay. 10 points in the 2nd half-really? I would have had the push on the 55 if he had punched it in-I agree I thought Trestman would say screw it and head for the showers, but it always seems to be the case when you have cash on the line, they challenge it!
I do the occasional pro-line even though their juice is brutal, since occasionally their baseball totals will be off by a run and you actually get a decent deal; Tough part about gambling-we remember the tough beats and not the lucky wins (gambling seems to work both ways) ...keep your head up and play another day and this only week 1 of 18...

It was a complete bush league move for the Stamps to even try and score a td in that situation. That is the very reason that Trestman challenged the call. Bullshit move by Calgary trying to score there be it CFL, NFL or Arena league.

Justice was served accordingly.

The home team will always go for it in that situation. Calgary did nothing wrong, neither did montreals coach for challenging it. Sometimes an inch really is the difference between a win and a loss.

MTL-CAL was actually 28-10 at the H.

3 BACK-TO-BACK INT's and 4 in 3 series w/ 2 courtesy of Calvillo in the End Zone doesn't help. Let alone the rookie trying a Fosbury Flop  into the end zone on 3rd down from that far out was doomsday ominous for those of us on the OVER.
