I will beat him to it, VD. I think more Predlies in 6. split the first two in Phoenix. win the next two in Nashville. Coyotes survive game 5 @ home THEN lose @ Nashville again.

#5 Posted: 4/27/2012 3:29:03 AM If the preds win, its in 6 or 7, I am not even sure about that...The preds main advantages against every team is how well they are coached and their goaltending. They wont have those advantages in this series as Tippets boys are just as disciplined and Mike Smith can duel with anyone the way hes playing right now. It is going to come down to individual matchups and form... |

#7 Posted: 4/27/2012 7:10:21 AM The story of this series isn't the Yotes defense, it's their pathetic offense. Chicago had the worst defense of any Western playoff team (by a full 28 goals) and the 2nd worst defense of any playoff team (by just 2 goals), and the Yucks could only total 5 regulation goals against them in 3 home games, and only 10 regulation goals in 17 straight regulation periods (an avg of 1.76 goals/game) before the Hawks effort finally collapsed, and they managed 3 in the last period of the series. Mike Smith can't score goals, and he won't pitch 4 shutouts.

I was surprised at the speed Phx. showed........... Rinne is way better than what Chicago put out there............ |
