Alright, no one wants to give an opinion......I get it, it's early Monday morning..

Buffalo getting 6 pts at home in December  New England coming off an impressive win on national Buffalo started the year and was considered a playoff contenderEdwards back at quarterbackopportunity to potentially spoil NEOpportunity to get to .500

Anyone else seeing what I'm seeing?

New England has had Buffalo's number for a while now, both home and away.
If NE can contain Lynch, they should win by at least 7-10.

Bellichek will have them ready.

NE fan so take it fwiw.

Congrats on the good week,Buck.

Gimm - I think NE wins but will be a dogfight in Buffalo and 6pts is too many to lay...IMO

Saw your earlier posts about the Titans and Raiders - strong plays. Looked @ a couple of your other posts and you do some very sharp analysis of your plays. I see your point about this game and just when everything seems to make sense - BLAMMM!!! Something like what you're alluding to happens. That said, Buffalo hasn't been sound defensively and I just don't see them stopping an explosive NE offense - too many weapons. Belichick will have his troops ready and they get the W; but..... -6???? That's what I'm unsure about. I don't want to read too much into yesterday's game w/Denver b/c the Broncos are schizophrenic and can't seem to show up for a big game - the complete opposite of Belichick's Pats. The +6 almost seems like a sucker line for a game the Pats have to have and will seal in the 4th quarter; when have you EVER seen this Bills team (or any person Jauron team for that matter) perform in a big situation? I just can't help but see the Pats scoring a late TD in the 4th and winning by 8-10 points. Aside from the Super Bowl (which involved a miracle), how does this Pats team perform in the clutch? This is a big game and they perenially perform their best in these type of games. Belichick's record in December since 2002: 24-3; Jauron's overall record 57-75, only 1 winning season EVER, terrible in big games (see last week vs. Jets). Just some food for thought; but..... I give you your due as a very strong handicapper who I will continue to follow.

Oh, and by the way - I was born in St. Paul and am a huge Minnesota sports fan, especially the Twins and the Vikings.

Efelson76 - thanks and you make some valid points.  I just think after two back to back NE blow out victories going on the road to Buffalo laying 6 is too many.  Buffalo can score and NE defense is not what it used to be especially on the road.  Buffalo will run the ball and a rookie qb playing in a must win game, on the road, cold will have plenty of pressure.  Public will be on NE so I really like Buffalo.

It would be nice if the Twins would sign a flippin free agent

The Twins will sign a big name free agent on the same day I have a threesome with Jessica Alba and Biel.

the pats are playing GREAT ball right now and appears they have started  clicking at the right time (assuming the get some help and make playoffs)

Do or die for the pats.  They will be ready.  They will be fired up.  They will win by 17+.

Big time homer, so take it or leave it.

I won the money....I respect your opinion, however, this is how gamblers get in trouble with the NFL...two weeks ago NE blows out Oakland and this last week blow out Arizona on national tv so everyone on NE  BOOM....Buffalo wins or covers....
Philadelphia two weeks ago wins big, last week win on Monday night, this week go to Washington  BOOM   Washington wins.....
Houston, been playing pretty good ball right? get beat by Oakland...

This is the NFL - National darn League in gambling if you don't understand it....

IMO - take it for what it's worth...It's the only way to survive other wise it will eat you alive...

Buf might win this one SU, love them as a home dog in this spot.  The loss would end all discussion about NE being the best team not making the play off.

buckster...i agree the line looks a little "fishy" but i would watch the line all week...i see the pats giving up more points by kickoff. If you want the bills...i would wait until later in the week and get as many as the books will give! I cant go against cassel though. I didnt play your bets yesterday...but i have been looking into the theory of road dogs....and it looks more than impressive!

Here's an interesting stat as of yesterday.  I am a Bills fan, but I took Denver and got smoked as usual.  But the Bills, after yesterday's game, are now 7- 0 SU when Josh Reed and Trent Edwards both play.  I would love nothing more than to see the Bills knock off the Paytoilets.

Suavefor life ...it doesn't come up that much during the course of the year, maybe 4-5 times at best.  We happen to have 2 last week and they both hit.  It has been rock solid the last 7-8.

I agree, the Buff line may go up another 1/2 point but I don't see it getting to 7.  Be nice though...

i understand the home dog theory and playing spoiler to the patriots season, but the patriots are clicking right now,and do you remember buff last 2 home games, they scored 3 points against the 49ers and 3 points against the fish...i am not worried about who the public is on in this game i will take my chances with the best coach in football in a must win game

Gambling Devil - don't understand your comment.  The Bills don't have to win for me to win the bet.  Of course there is a point in taking the 6 points....That way of gambling will make you go broke........

Iron Mike  not really a home dog theory as much as it is that the Patriots have been REALLT impressive the last 2 weeks.  I think Buffalo has started to play better the last 2 weeks, they should have beat the Jets and beat Denver at Denver.  I like the spot and Buffalo at home in December.  Could be wrong but I don't think so...BOL

NE normally blow out people ....
Why? Because Belichick does not want Cassel to play under pressure managing game within 3-4 points. Either NE will win big blowing out BUF. If this is a close game to the end, there is lots of chance that Cassel might choke under pressure away from home.

Having say that, I am not suggesting you should go ML. It obviously safer to take the point. I am not leaning either way yet.
