Stopping Denard and stopping Tebow is a gigantic difference, the only offset is Bama won't have that same defense from those years playing in this game but Denard will throw at least 3 INT's and do a million stupid things. This is the worst matchup of all time for a big time game with Saban against a QB like that. |

#38 Posted: 5/19/2012 11:27:23 PM DUFL - what about Oklahoma at UTEP?
I agree with you on the LSU v N Texas spread of 43.5. Normally, giving 40+ is for chumps, but I think LSU was so humbled by Bama, and the fact that DFW is key fertile recruiting groud for LSU, they will take their frustrations (1st, 2nd and 3rd team) out on an overmatched N Texas team. I am thinking 56-3. The magazines have not event come out and I am already evaluating week 1 and 2.
Also, do you think my Longhorns, with 2 stud RB's, the addition of AA bluechip Gray, an improved line, lights out D, and momentum coming out of the win over Cal in the bowl, with the big if David Ash performance at QB, do you think they can handle Wyoming say -32 in Austin in week 1?
Thanks in advance! Only 104 days until kick off! |

#40 Posted: 5/21/2012 12:59:29 PM Longhorn - Remember in the bowl game where Wyoming had all kinds of trouble stopping Temple's run game and moving the ball against thw Owl's D... Texas is bigger, faster, and very aggressive on D... Mack needs to win big here... Texas 56-17 |

Yeah they will move their lines all over the place by Mid July ... Last couple years some of their lines moved 6-9 points from now to when the games were fully released ...
I Like a few they have up , but so much could happen from now till Kickoff |
