#55 Posted: 7/24/2012 11:04:38 AM You are absolutely correct on your assessment of Moss as team cancer. He is in same mold as TO. Those are the best WRs in the game post Jerry Rice (included on my list is also Isaac Bruce, marvin Harrison, Larry Fitz and Megatron).
However, the kemo to the cancer that is Randy Moss is a good organization with good leadership. That is why he thrived in New England and floundered in Oakland, Minnesota, and Tennessee. His price tag to the team is cheap and at any moment he could be let go. Some reports have stated that he is in good shape and looks like the "old Randy Moss." I hopw I did not misread that as an old Randy Moss. LMAO
Look. Last year people were taking gambles on Ochocinco. Even the Niners had Braylon Edwards
What Im saying is that with your last or second to last pick. Just take a flyer. Three years ago, In my draft I did something unconventional. I did not draft a QB. I stacked my team with RBs and WRs. With my 2nd to last pick, selected Brett Favre (the first yr he was with Minnesota). Although, I could not see myself taking a risk like that again, and I did get extremely lucky, in the terms of low risk, high reward draft position, It may be worth taking a chance on this once great talent. He wont be your #1. But could be a #2 or a flex. |
