Torrealba on the rangers is painfully slow, has killed me this year with his lack of speed. got me thinking to who are the slowest base runners. Adrian Gonzalez is painfully slow...

can't blame catchers though...occupational hazard you know........and how about Benji Molina(retired)but a catcher.....

david ortiz isn't too slow anymore, really slimmed down. the other night i had rangers, torrealba on third with no outs, fly ball into mid right he couldn't tag, and then was thrown out on a grounder to pedroia who was playing back, was gross

lol i was watching that game...ball wasnt even hit all that hard to pedroia either and he was easily out.
