#54 Posted: 4/3/2012 11:27:08 PM a starter
C -Miguel montero 5.9 mil
a little more money and thats ok we are not playing with KC money(thank god) i don't want 40 guys under 25, Montero is solid, all the posey love is expected but the guys coming off a bad injury, another thing about this list is lets say our stud-450k pitchers are getting Cy votes, they will end up in arbitration and we will bust the 80 mill mark

#55 Posted: 4/3/2012 11:44:51 PM Why would you pay that for Montero when Wieters is only 500k and is a much better player and will be getting better while Montero will begin to decline

#56 Posted: 4/4/2012 12:39:43 AM dude got MVP votes last year, also an allstar, the guy will not start to decline for 5 years
Montero is a better hitter and is older, i don't want a 25 y/o catcher with all of the young kids i have on the mound @ 27 the experiance is there and he still has his legs
montero bat 20 points higher last year |
