12 Monkeys, No Way Out, Star Wars: The Empire Strkes Back and the previously mentioned Predators (2010) ALL with major "plot twists" at the end.

the recently on HBO Splice (2009) has a bunch of wild plot twists.

Wow, I watched it last night finally.  It was one of the more sick and twisted movies I've seen.  Not quite sure if like or dislike the movie.

interesting plot twist at the end of The Other Guys where the girl that runs the crooked-mobbed up hedge fund gets a TARP bailout instead of going to jail (or shot)
