Starks will drafted in every format so he doesn't count. After his 2 TD performance the other night I imagine people will start taking Antonio Brown. And Emmanuel Sanders probably limits his upside.
It's hard to predict the pickup of the year, especially at RB, since it often times depends on injury. |

ESPN is claiming Foster's injury is more serious than reported and he's likely to miss the first couple weeks. Not saying this is true, but it's probably time for people to start drafting Tate. Starting to have some concerns over Foster staying healthy this year. |

#5 Posted: 8/31/2011 7:23:48 PM I think a potential star this year could be Manningham, I think an outside chance of top 5. When Smith went down late last season, Manningham was a monster.

#7 Posted: 8/31/2011 10:43:23 PM I think Delone carter could have an impact this year if/when addai gets hurt.
A few other players i like as fliers are stevan ridley, kendall hunter, eric decker, jordy nelson, and greg little(may take a while to get consistent playing time) |

#10 Posted: 9/1/2011 2:42:33 AM Ha! My boy Antonio Brown. Chilled with the dude once, he is a righteous cat.
BUT............
Felix Jones looks to be this years Arian Foster. Darren McFadden should be on the same level too.
No reason for Calvin Johnson not to be the best receiver this year. Stevie Johnson should be another consistent big time scorer.

Im thinking about picking him up but not sure who to drop..
Opinions please.. Who in this group, if at all, would you drop for Brown, and in what order..? Positions dont matter as these are the last spots on my bench..
Cj Spiller
Jacoby Ford
Lee Evans
Julio Jones
Thanks for any input..

#13 Posted: 9/1/2011 6:40:25 PM hamstrings are nagging injuries. So far Foster hurt his hammy twice and the season hasn't even started. |

#14 Posted: 9/1/2011 7:20:39 PM with Emmanuel sanders back at practice, I think that takes a little of the sleeper appeal away from antonio brown... personally, i wouldn't drop any of those players for brown at this time |

#15 Posted: 9/1/2011 7:21:55 PM If anything happens to mendenhall (heavy workload last year) , Isaac redman is a name to stash away... reading some real good things on him |

Thanks for the input DJC... you are probably correct with your analysis... Before the preseason it was all bout Sanders till he hurt himself... Brown will probably have flashes of greatness but not a chance to show if he can be consistent... Hype can be blinding and i dont want to miss out on the big sleeper, probably more of a player to scout than pick up right away, and hope no one else is too eager.. |

#17 Posted: 9/1/2011 8:29:28 PM Rotoworld is a great site for news and player updates. I think a lot of people know about the site, but I'd check it out if you haven't already. This is the excerpt that came out today...
Emmanuel Sanders "might be the best route-runner on the team and reads defenses as well as the coaching staff," according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.While Antonio Brown is a raw playmaker, Sanders is the more polished receiver. If healthy, he's the one that projects as the No. 3 receiver and direct backup to Hines Ward. We still prefer Sanders to Brown as a flier in fantasy leagues as long as he makes it out of tonight's preseason finale without a setback |

#18 Posted: 9/1/2011 10:14:15 PM I disagree. My sources say that Brown not only is the #3 receiver now but also stands a fair chance by mid season to move up to #2.Everything Ive seen confirms that.
Sanders still needs more reps after his calcium setback. Hes got some catching up to do.
Hines Ward while still a great player may have his best days behind him. We will see |

#20 Posted: 9/2/2011 12:54:35 AM You want some real sleepers lets do this.
Shane Vereen RB.......2nd round pick for patriots, I think he is most talented RB on patriots roster. He will have to prove it though. And the patriots backs will catch and run all day, might take a injury to woodhead or law firm.
Taiwan Jones RB. Raiders #3 back, if bush or mcfadden goes down, this guy will put up numbers.
Marcus Easley or Donald Jones. Bills WR's
ON Antonio Brown, my thinking a month ago was Emmanuel Sanders was a big sleeper. If you put the hype to the side, and now antonio will be getting more respect, I think Emmanuel sanders is even a better deal right now. I am not saying antonio brown isnt better, but damn. Emmanuel Sanders caught everythign they threw at him last year i mean wow.
Some people have Peyton hillis at 50+ in the draft, dont get that at all. Guy catches passes too and i just cant transalte him at 50 or even 40. If he is available around late round 3 take his behind. He is all the browns got.

#21 Posted: 9/2/2011 12:59:36 AM Early Doucett is another, he was such a monster in the playoffs 2 years ago, so f-ing physical i was like wow...... I didnt get his 2010 year, he did just about nothing. He is listed as a starter this year on the depth chart so he must be doing somethign right. Add the fact they have Kolb now and as much as people dis kolb, hes better than anything they had last year and he might wind up being a nice QB. Don;t get why people hate on Kolb I guess cause he got alot of money. I have watched him a few times and I really like what I saw. Throwing off balance, left to right rolling out the pocket and putting some throws dead on the money$ |

I don't know if he is a sleeper, but I think he could easily be top-5 TE
