Anybody have a clue as to whether it happens.  Heard no way it won't, heard no way it will.

Pessimist in me says it won't happen, but I'd (and we'd) sure like to see it happen.

If your talking about sportsbetting I don't see it happening. The state cannot override the federal law. However, the hope is that since states like Colorado and Washington has gone against federal laws reguarding the legalization of pot then NJ can argue that they can offer sportsbetting against the federal law also. BUT NJ is not making that case in the courts so guess sportsbetting will never be legal in NJ.

Yeah sports betting. Would save a lot of airplane fuel for east coasters who don't have to go to Vegas. I guess they can still use deleware. Obviously hope were both wrong, wish they'd use ur argument also. Such a stupid rule

judge shipp bothers me.  how did that s*****g ever become a judge.  sided on the leagues in every single instance, not even a hint of fairness.

it's too bad there isn't a mob in jersey to take that guy down.  or maybe the mob's protecting their own interests/illegal gambling.

just painful that guy could be a judge in the usa, where people are supposed to be free to make choices, not dominated.
