I was going to withdraw last week but they didn't count ties in regards to rollover. They gave a little runaround when it came to the payout. Told me I would have it the next day, requested Monday and finally got it today around 7:30pm. Wanted to post this in case someone else had a dealing with them. Not very friendly customer service also.
