gotta say... bks post has to make a bookie laugh... didn't see the first half, and LA has to shoot better?

well... i DID see the first half, and it looked like 9 against 3 out there...

it's a 21 pt game right now... i'd say it's even money that Boston has a 30 pt lead before they drop to a 20 pt lead...

Are you trying to be your usual person self? I could care friggin less about any book but MINE! Point is, I had to be out for a family matter, as if it matters. Popped in and saw LAL shot like under 30%, so it was a simple friggin question that they had to do better in the second half. Excuse the darn out of me for reaching out for some feedback. Now wonder so mayn here despise you!

My buddy and I were going to go down to the new bar they put into North Station (goes right into TD Banknorth Garden...those green tracks you see on tv) and watch the game there...but I didn't want to darn up the system of sitting in the same spot on my couch, wearing the same clothes

Rooting for the Celtics! Kudos to all you LAL backers and bummer your team lost!

To the Celtic fans/backers. Chill. BE gracious good winners. You sound just as bad as those LAL fans/backers that we complain about.

GoG. You know I repsect you, but the bk guy has a point. Relax and lead versus sounding off

BK - I would stay away. Yes. LAL should shoot better, but the Celtics are in the ZONE! Also lay off the bitching

GREEN 17?

i'm thinking it's probably safe to change your underwear and go out and drink some green beer...

actually, based on past Boston celebrations, "safe" might not be the right word...

Why is someone losing a bet funny?  Particularly with game in hand.....this one will slow down.  I got Bos -4 and the UNDER for the game.  Already hit UNDER 1st Q, UNDER 1st half and have  friggin HUGE bet on the Celts for the series.

Heaven forbid we focus on getting the book's money vs other meaningless things that dont make any money

Well since it seems as though the Celtics will take this game down...I will officially say my goodbyes.  What an incredible trip!!!  Green 17 and Beat LA and the whole unbelievable experience.  I've literally waited my entire life, and would have gladly traded in any Red Sox or Patriots championship for this one.  The first Celtics memories I have are Larry Bird diving for the loose ball and slamming his head off the court vs. the Pacers, and his final game against the Cavs.  I then suffered through the worst 15 years or so of basketball that I could have imagined.  Drafting Eric Montross and other such travesties, the Rick Pitino era, and numerous other stupid moves.  Last year, when the draft lottery came up, and we got the 5th pick...that was the bottom of the barrel.  It could not get any worse as I garbage you not, I was hoping to get Yi Jianlin.  To think that we are now NBA Champions is simply amazing.  To think that I actually predicted this series almost exactly is just pure euphoria.  The Boston fans deserve it, as you can tell they are just a better crowd than the Lakers.

To beat the Lakers is just a bonus.  To watch Kobe crash and burn is thrilling.  I hope that I have contributed to others winning...even though all I did was share my basketball knowledge and enjoy the greatest game in the world!!

Best of luck to all of you in whatever you do, and I will see you in football season!!  I strongly believe I will take the summer off and return strong in the fall.

Next season when anyone is wondering about a game 5 away / game 6 @ home scenario, remember this game.

NEVER underestimate the power of a side wanting to win with their home crowd behind them.

Always bet on the side that gets the chance to win the final @ home on their 1st attempt.

Why do some people just can't stand other people winning money???

We're all here trying to win money off the books, and they're isn't anything wrong with that... to much preaching from me already..

Anyways, took a small play on the running line at -25.5.... just for fun, because I have the C's big tonight.. and the series.

Jalein, I totally agree with you.  The post above may look like that I'm directing that at you in a negative way... bad writing on my part.
