that way we all win!

The contest rules stipulate that the winner MUST win by at least 2 games.  That way neither one of us loses 50 dimes on some three pointer at the buzzer, or similar nasty, 'bad beat' type result -- we're looking for a clear cut winner here.  If Prez and I are seperated by less than 2 games at the end of the contest, we'll play an extra week of 'overtime'.

All you guys have to do for these so called "cappers" is go on to Atstalk.com and register and go on there...you can get any capper on this site or basically any other capper.... take it east fellas and your better off picking the games yourself....cause if you think about it do they really have inside info and garbage... ahha probably not

This is the biggest person waving contest ever.

So pretty much you're trying to figure out who can run the most hot for 50 days.  How is that even close to figuring out whose better in the long-run?  With all due respect to your capping abilities, whoever wins this means nothing when it's over the course of only 50 games.

Have fun though.

If one of you get's real hot I'm sure all the people in here will fawn over you though and then you can sell some more picks.

Value- of course this will not decide the question of who is better long term me or Teddy - it's a legit bet, that might end up making you guys a bunch of money if it brings the best out of Teddy and I.

this is what teddy and i do - if we were gigolos i would demand a real person waiving contest - but alas we are 2 yids who bet on sports all day long - so a betting contest seams more appropriate.

Sith - lol - that is just a free pick we do everyday - don't be betting a lot of money on those - the bet starts THIS Monday - in 5 days.

Skirby - we don't keep records of the Free Picks as everyday the Free Pick is given out by a Guest Expert. I will say this and our regular listeners can attest, we win more than we lose and Teddy's info in the Wagerline segments of the show are pure gold.

Lines up in 2 minutes - just getting them finalized with Bookmaker.

thanks prez! i was just curious...gl with the contest

Okay then E-gun thanks for taking the time to put these thoughts down - eloquent stuff - to the point - well thought out.

I kind of like the last bet - lots of value - if teddy or i both go over 50% you win and it's a dog - that is pretty good value if you ask me.

Hey Prez and Ted;
Thanks for your hard work and enthusiasm!
It takes some work to put things like this together.

To hell with the negititvity!

Value & E-Gunin why don't you two put some $$$ and see how you fare against the prez and Ted ???????

Lets enjoy the contest and see what happens.
Its betting we'll see who's up and down at the end and who
made $$$ and lost $$$ won't we

So kill the bashing!

Just a thought, but compulsive gamblers are probably better off wagering according to a particular "pro" handicapper's regular, daily advice than based on their own completely misguided whims and "action junkie" impulses.  Truth is Prez AND Teddy probably make dime bettors quite a bit of money year in year out and may save themselves from a lot of losses in the process.  (Perhaps many of the negative responses on this thread originate from smaller scale bettors who just buy by the pick?)  If you disagree that they are more profitable, fine, but it seems pretty obvious to me, and you won't convince me that ANYONE is better off betting large sums on  "amateur" plays than theirs.  It boils down to whether you believe these guys and others like Dave Malinsky etc. actually make money on their OWN picks long term.  If you accept that they do, then perhaps you already know they make their high end customers money too.  If you disagree, fine.  It boils down to the leap of faith.

Prez, just for the record, it is ok for me to listen to the show and post your pics in a forum right?

Also, this would be a pick that you are selling on your site for that day?

Thanks,
HD

yes it is okay HD - these picks are for public record - and yes they will be picks we are selling - so this will for sure cost both Teddy and I money in sales - but so be it - its going to be really fun - will promote the radio show and I plan on winning - especially since CBB and MLB are my 2 best sports.

Are all picks at -110 odds?  No favorites on the ML, right?
