Don't see Eisenhower or the Bush's on the list . Obama seems in very good company. But I also see 2 republicans that advocated for socialized medicine on the list.

Darkhorse, knowing how the left hate Palin ..and that's not to say she doesn't have flaws,, but they can at least acknowledge some of her accomplishment ,,,...and this is one of them .. hopefully this thread stays civil and people stick on topic rather than attacking other posters...

Thanx for the correction slim. Wish the article would list their criteria for being "significant" though.
Maybe this will help you...
Sarah Palin has just received another award the American Thinker awarded the former Alaska governor “American Achiever of 2014” award ..
Palin is headed for the Iowa Freedom Summit in 2015,takes place in Des Moines on January 24 ,,an event that is attracting almost every presumed candidate on the Republican side for president...but she doesn't have to run for president to show her power ..she is a proven king maker and it will benefit whoever will be the Republican nominee to seek her approval and advice...Mitt didn't.....big mistake..

Their definition of an "american thinker" is about as big of an oxymoron as "slim's logic"
