If there were any substantial evidence of voter fraud, I’m sure Mr. Pragmatist-Conservative-Republican; (Judge Posner) would be in favor of voting laws.
Americans complain while waiting in line for fast food. Americans want to break their cell phones when the internet isn’t fast enough and you actually believe people would go through the hell of voting multiple times? Americans are the most inpatient freaking people on the planet.
Americans want things done in seconds - not minutes. I have a hard time meeting people who even vote. I’d love to meet someone who votes multiple times. That straw man (or straw woman) is seriously dedicated and has a great deal of patience. If republicans steer the topic towards election fraud, then I’ll back them up on that.
There are powers that be (the Federal Reserve) who would have a vested interest in rigging elections.
It is hypocritical for republicans to scream fiscal conservatism, small government and constitutional rights, all while advocating more government waste to add to the deficit, advocating the expansion of government and the violation of the constitution.
I think it’s hilarious that so called “republicans” just shrug this side every time I bring it up.
The decision to impose regulation on guns was motivated by logic and reason. A substantiated case was made that gun laws had to be put in place for law and order and the safety and security of a civilized nation.
The reasons republican present to make a case for voting laws are based on fallacy. You can’t compare reason (gun laws) and fallacy (voting laws).
Denying a person the right to vote based on social status is unconstitutional.
