I don't know about Randisist ..but when I was looking around for good news like you suggested ..what I found was ..GM formally Obama Motors second-quarter earnings fell 85 % ...85% as recall costs chopped $1.5 billion from the bottom line. GM debt continues to grow at the company, now exceeding $40 billion..
That's not counting the $10 billion of taxpayer money GM did not payback to the government....
Before the 2012 presidential VP Biden was saying “GM is alive, and Osama bin Laden is dead ".....now it looks like GM is in the same place as Bin Laden ..

Would be intersting to see who is oldest on covers. Just automatically assume everyone is lower middle-age. Obviously, not true, but sports and gambling make it seem so.

MY Grandfather drove a Chevy, My Dad drove a Chevy, I drove a Chevy for years,. My first car was a GM . My first new car was a Chevy Impala Super Sport. Now I drive a Chrysler but I will buy a Chevy Impala again soon.
Just to remind you, millions of 'True" Americans depend on GM staying in business... I true patriot would try to help them and not be gleeful about GM troubles.

Just to remind you, more than a few of those "true" Americans(they did buy those GMs) were killed or seriously injured because of GM's willingness to ignore defects that directly cost their lives. A true patroit would try to obtain justice for them and not sweeping it under the rug.

MY Superbowl record here on Covers/ Wagerline does add up and recorded. I have broken it down for you, AGAIN. Can you count ?
I said lets not start with your Superbowl record again..
Don,,,it doesn't matter whether I can count or not ..because I can read...and this is what I read from what you have posted...that is all I have to go by...e.g.:
Before the 2013 Superbowl
Donjuan : I'm the Superbowl expert. Look me up come SB time. I'll give you the winner. Over the last 13, My record is 12-1 against the spread, right here on Covers/Wagerline
Since then you won one and lost one..making your record 13-2 .by your own posted numbers ...that's 15 SB's ,but you have not been a Covers/Wagerline member that long.
Before the 2014 Super bowl..you posted.
Donjuan: Thanks Cooler.... 11-3 Superbowl record is still not bad, even though I lost on Kappernick last year
Don ,,, You were correct on the 2014 Superbowl that would make your record 12-3 by your own posted numbers ..that's 15 years,,, but you have only been a member of Covers /Wagerline for 14 Superbowls ..born on date July 2001
13-2....12-3 and now it's 11-2 that's what I was referring to......old timer ...
But if you want to say it's 11-2 now ...than that's what it is ....either way 85% is amazing record ..

I doubt any of you are old enough to remember how and why WWII was resolved... at least in the Pacific. I am not either.
But many of you are very educated, and you know your history. You know that the USA dropped a couple nukes on Japan so they would cry and give up.
A few hundred thousand "innocents" lost their life that week. It is estimated that millions of lives were saved, and it stopped a war cold. I tend to beleive that assertion.
I think Israel is going about this the wrong way. They should annihilate Hamas, with almost regard to the schools and neighborhoods they hide in. That is the only way you can effectively battle guerrilla warfare.
Yes some would cry foul, but it would end. That is the point, end it with power and let it be known what will happen again if it starts again.
The tit for tat shelling is getting neither side anywhere here.

And if you recall the firebombing campaign killed more than both bombs put together. But then when the Japanese realized instantaneously they could be blown away they gave up. But you are correct that it would work for a time. Then another group would rise up against Israel. They would have their hands full because the mindset of these people are united in the destruction of Israel. But--tit for tat is nice term, they are actually way ahead. But I agree they should step it up to try to break the resolve.
