Not only spied on him but is calling him a possible criminal co-conspirator for simply reporting the news. This reporter did nothing wrong.
Is there really any doubt that the Obama administration is nothing more than a bunch of thugs? It is the Chicago way afterall. Destroy those that oppose you regardless of the law. Heck it's how Obama won his Senate seat (look it up), so it's a proven winning tactic for him.
Within reason, I don't care who the next President is, ANYONE will be better than this fraud. I just hope the next 3.5 years fly by without too much more damage (amnesty bill).

Why would the Obama administration spy on Fox news?
Back in 2009 White House officials branded Fox News as a bogus news outlet, unworthy of attention..
Anita Dunn, then Obamas communications director said "let’s not pretend they’re ( FNN) a news network the way CNN is.
David Axelrod even claimed that Fox is “not really a news station”
If Fox wasn’t real news, why didn’t anyone inform Obama's Department of Justice?

That can't be......... Holder told Comgress last week :
“First of all you’ve got a long way to go to try to prosecute the press for publication of material. This has not fared well in American history… In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material. This is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy.“
Holder Lied.

The investigation of Rosen was first reported Monday, after The Washington Post obtained court documents containing details of the case.
A federal judge had ordered the documents unsealed in November 2011, but they were kept sealed for 18 months and not posted on the court’s online docket until last week, after The Post inquired about them.
Lamberth blamed a series of administrative errors and said a review of the “performance of the personnel involved is underway.”

seeems to be alot of "review" going on
Guess thats the way to handle it when you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar abusing the position of power as a govt official.
Starting to wonder who is worse: The crooks on wall street or the Feds

The Obama Administration fought to keep a search warrant for James Rosen’s private e-mail account secret, arguing to a federal judge that the government might need to monitor the account for a lengthy period of time.
According to recently unsealed documents in the case, the Obama Justice Department sought an extensive amount of information from Rosen’s e-mail account. In addition to Rosen’s correspondence with Kim, the government wanted to know about Rosen’s contacts with other government officials, including “records or information relating to the Author’s communication with any other source or potential source of the information disclosed in the Article.”

Someone is telling untruths...............
The Justice Department has signaled that it notified News Corporation on Aug. 27, 2010, that it had seized the phone records of a Fox News reporter — Washington correspondent James Rosen ..
News Corporation said on Sunday that it had no record of being notified by the Justice Department nearly three years ago of a subpoena for the telephone records of a reporter at its Fox News cable channel.
The company’s chief legal counsel at the time also said that he had never seen material from the government related to the subpoena.
Three biggest lies.
1.) The checks in the mail.
2.) I'll respect you in the morning.
3.) We notified you, that we sized your reporters phone records .
