While most people know that Fox News is a huge deal when it comes to cable news, it's remarkable how dominant the network has become compared to its cable-news rivals MSNBC and CNN.

The Pew Research Center's Project for Excellence in Journalism's annual State of the News Media report has exceptional charts showing the layout of the cable news battleground.

but to stay on topic, I do not think it is remarkable at all... you have to understand that the average fox "news" lemming has it on 24/7... not always watching it and paying attention, but the ticker is always going in what ever room they are in...

its like flying a flag in front of their house thinking it is their patriotic duty to have the fox "news" ticker going in their house for them to know what talking points and alerts they to be aware of...

and the more constant and repetitive, the more talking points and rhetoric are absorbed and ingrained into their psyche....

The liberals i know, don&#x27;t watch MSNBC or NBC, and sometimes watch CNN. They watch maybe 20 minutes of CNN and that&#x27;s about it. Unless a story that&#x27;s worth caring about pops up. I watch Bill Maher and Jon Stewart for a breakdown on current political issues in a comedic way.Bill Maher and Jon Stewart are little conservative on some issues. They think progressive on some issues. They lean libertarian on some issues, and think independently. Ive heard both of them say the blue team is stupid but the red team is filled with morons. This is what happens when there are only 2 choices. We are given a choice between two bowls of s&#x27;hit and the red bowl is just worse, most of the time. They chose to target the morons because they are better targets, than the stupid people are. They don&#x27;t subscribe to any one party, but instead promote ideas, in a comedic way, that make the most sense to them. I&#x27;m exactly the same way as them. I don&#x27;t fit a label.
