I have been told that they can&#x27;t be accessed, but I don&#x27;t know of any protection schemes that may be in place.

TY Lippsman ,&#xD;&#xA;I noticed that in the list of the 22 agencies that would receive civil subpoena authority for the contents of electronic communications includes the Federal Reserve, the Postal Regulatory Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Mine Enforcement Safety and Health Review Commission. (that would include OSHA )..&#xD;&#xA;Why does the Federal Reserve , the Postal Regulatory Commission and the other agencies above ..need the power to warrantlessly read my email ?
