This is just pursuing liberty by sticking it to the man and avoiding unnecessary government regulation. There should be no hindrance to politicians taking unlimited money from whatever group they want. The free market will take care of any politician that uses money in an inappropriate way because everyone will boycott them.

He just made millions off his chump followers, and he has a dynasty to hand off to his son. Why wouldn't he decline a pension he doesn't need in order to help his family continue to feed from the trough?

I'm fairly confident he'll write another book, or go on a speaking tour, too, so he'll probably make up plenty of money there, as well.

It can't be true!!!

So if some clown on mscnbc agrees with his his chief of staff that its not possible someone is lying here. I guess we all get to pick and choose who to believe...

Have fun reading through all of this.... "Roll Call found many other instances between 1999 and 2009 where flight dates and costs listed in House disbursement records appear to match other reimbursements issued to Rep. Paul, though the public records did not always contain enough information to be certain.9 In 2009, the House began reporting disbursements with far less detail, making it impossible to find precise information about travel expenses and compare them to other records.10 1 Jonathan Strong, Records Show Ron Paul Trips Paid Twice, Roll Call, February 6, 2012. 2 American Express bill for Ronald E. Paul, closing date October 11, 2000, available at:

Yeah..

Gold bugs love the idea of a gold standard and the .5% growth it brings because they own gold.

Not that I am a Paul apologist, but DH is right. Flock is a complete joke in the political writing world.

I think you know my answer already. I hate excess leverage and hidden markets.

I also dislike gold standard lovers who are seeking gains while acting concerned about our fiscal well being.

excess leverage and hidden markets = fiat currency

gold is the only commonly discussed alternative

As I've said several times, if the rate of which the exchange were at a discount to market prices and those who are ALSO speculating were not rewarded then maybe we have something to discuss.

This is another of those rationalization issues where those complaining about fiat are looking to profit off the inverse and that is very hypocritical.

I also disagree with the results of going on the gold standard aside from the hypocrite gold bug issue.

Just missed this joke of a comment.

Where did you read that this double billing was a possible inadvertent billing of one plane ticket not plural...

Your posts are hysterical.

Your tunnel vision is outstanding!

Here's another though, enjoy
