You can't spin this any way other way.   This spells big trouble for Romney.

RCP has Obama with a very respectable lead over Romney nationwide and, get this, a 52% approval rating in both the Gallop and Rasmussen Polls.

Recent Polling LINK

Rasmussen starts looking exactly like Gallup.

person Morris is quoted as saying, "Don't believe the garbage being put out by the media. The attempt to portray Romney as not catching on and as dropping in the polls is ludicrous.

It is, at best, the product of incompetent polling and, at worst, the result of deliberate media bias. But Romney is winning and expanding his lead each week. That’s the real story."

Romney and Ryan in 012!

Sure Goose, the empty suit is going to b.s. his way into another term. Hope-less in 2012 should be his campaign slogan.

If this is true, you'll be paying $7 for gasoline by the end of the term and the unemployment rate will be the same.

The convention was a joke. Clearly reject God & Jerusalem and the teleprompter reads it passed by a 2/3 majority. Then they have a religious figure there to pray with people that believe in partial-birth abortion and Harry marrying Steve. I was waiting for a lightening bolt to crash into the crowd.

GOP cannot even spit a platform.

That party will not even exist in four years.

McCain was up 50-46 after the conventions in 08.

Bad news for Romney no matter how you try to spin it.

Obama loses.  Will this be a gut wrenching loss for one side?  Surely.

I wish I could bet on this at Pinny.

You can bet on it on 5Dimes, if you want.  I think you can get Romney at +190.

Romney's going to get killed.  This election can't be over fast enough for me.  Each election degrades and insults the lies of last degrading election.  It's a downward direction all the way, our national elections have become.  But Romney doesn't stand a chance.

Never under estimate the stupidity of the American people.  With unemployment still above 8% (more like 12), housing market in the doldrems, and Obamacare ready to reek havock on what's left of the economy, I pray that enough people come to their senses and vote this guy out of office.  We can only imagine what 4 more years of his incompetence will bring us.

Morris is still po'd about the way he was treated by the Clinton's - he'll say anything to spin garbage against the dem's & is a joke nowadays. Obama will own Romney in the debates to any halfway astute observer, pick up needed indy's & go on to be re-elected -

This election is not about Obama, it is about Romney. People want to remove Obama from office, but a majority (at least right now) find Mitt Romney to be an unacceptable alternative.

As Joe Scarborough put it the other day, Romney is a flawed candidate.

I don't disagree.  Of course the only time we get candidates that are not "flawed," is when they are complete ficticious creations - like the guy who holds the office at the moment.  Even I bought into the "Hope & Change" nonsense he was pedling.  I should be ashamed of myself.
