I think he has flaws, the others have flaws, we all have flaws.

Obama and other candidates are addicted to the money machine, Paul is addicted to the money machine. His money is less transparent PAC money and I think that is worse.

I think his views have flaws as much as the others do, so he can stake his claim on the constitution and pushing things back to the states and  "its your money" garbage, its so transparent and phony I saw through it the first time I heard of the guy and poked around a little.

His religious and personal views are also disturbing to a degree and you are 100% correct that he never put himself in the mud because he probably knows his platform would be shredded if he did.

Its nice staying above the fray speaking in generalities, makes people think you are great..but until you come to the plate with comprehensive ideas and details, he cannot girl about the system and others when he is no closer to a solution than they are.

I will never be able to get past the "turn it over to the states" (or worse) the private sector..what a line of horse sh!t.

There are many views on all politicians, that does not mean if someone makes a comment about a politician that a supporter is being personally attacked, nor that the comment is made TO another person TO attack them.

That makes zero sense SS..

Well you can answer the question BE.

If someone posts constant, non stop critical messages about Obama does that mean the person is intentionally instigating towards Democrats?

Of course not..

Simple.

i was laughing at you calling the RP folk thin skinned

if there was ever a grey line of what is allowed and what isn't allowed, you surely seem to stretch it as wide as humanly possible and rule with a one sided approach,,,,,but that is just from my perception, and it is in the eye of the beholder. You likely believe that you are fair and balanced in your regulating,,,,,,like fox news

Humorous..

So stretch means what? That I make sharp comments about topics that some disagree with?

Have you ever seen me turn a topic political topic personal? Have I brought up negative things about people to make my point, or to kick them when I dont like their POV?

Are you just saying that you dont like a pointed opinion?

Show me where I've made a personal remark to further a political point or to bash when I disagree with someones political position?

This happens all the time here, there are a few of us that work at keeping it on topic and not personal, there are others who do not.

it means you have the thinnest skin in the room, and for being the biggest advocate for governance (mods refereeing here on our forum) and the order of law, you don't seem to practice what you preach. from where i'm sitting

you don't have to use words to make something personal, you could simply lean on your history here with the posters, and treat them differently based on your personal biases

whatevs, like i said, you probably believe you are doing a god and fair job

Actually that is the furthest from the truth. If I was as thin skinned as you suggest, do you think I would have allowed you to harass me as you have over the years?

The difference you are unable to come to terms with is a debate I always welcome, debate with me all day long on topic and with content. Make it personal and you have lost my interest and the debate.

So how about you answer the question..have I ever made the personal comments that several people here do quite regularly to discredit someone or to retaliate when I see something I dont like?

Some people love to make things personal when they dont get their way, I find that way of debating to be quite weak.

so what you are saying is, that you allowed activity that is against the rules? when as you say i harassed you over the years? thanks for the privilege, pal. that's real fair and balanced moderating

the reality of the situation that you cannot seem to come to terms with is that like most all men, when given even just a little bit of power, it goes straight to your head

these type of circular, meaningless discussions bore me, and i tend to try and avoid them, so i'll leave you to bash the Paul groupies,,,i'm gonna listen to Emrick  call another amazing game

So who have I bashed personally? Since I disagree with RP and his platform then I am bashing his groupies? (using your words)

If I had the mentality you suggest then how are you still posting here?

At some point you have to come with more than insults and generalizations. But I suppose it is easier to throw out some general undocumented comments and then go listen to some music.

Here we go with the wanna be mod act... Oh... the injustice of it all...

Why are you so concerned with what I post?

Your creepy obsession of tracking and cataloging everything I post is down right scary

Is that really what your life is reduced to?
