dems think the biggot romney is funny and they are getting the better end of it with a relaxed and down to earth obama...

gops think the pot smoking obama is funny and that they are actually getting the better end of the comic because of romney's biblical values...

Johnson!    -

...or write in Ron Paul

at least one gets the satisfaction of TRYING to do something right!

This is the most simplistic and correct way of putting it.

RP is not the answer, but Bain should be enough to sink Romney or anyone, they are a stripper of equity and nothing else matters.

Take over a company, loot any liquid assets, load up the debt, get rid of employees, ship company off to the market, rinse and repeat.

Bain is a perfect definition of the excesses of greed and capitalism.

They really should try getting out once in a while and give the political rhetoric a break... might do them some good...  weather has been getting nice lately

I'm curious as to why you think RP isn't the answer? I am not saying he is the solution to all problems. But he seems to be the best step in the right direction. Best of all the choices available to voters.

After reading all of the candidates official web pages he is the only one that outlines how he is going to go about implementing his policies. I read Romney's site and it just seemed to me that he was saying that Obama's policies have failed. I think we all realize that. What he fails to say, or maybe I missed this part, is how he is going to go about implementing his policies and the results these policies should show.

I definitely agree with your views on Bain. It's scary to read up on what Romney has been involved in his business practices.

Obama may be lacking in some ways, but imo you couldn't find a much worse candidate for prez in the country right now than Mitt Romney. And I agree with wsc, that RP is not the answer either - he only looks great by comparison... especially in light of our military involvements/actions since Viet Nam & the consequences.

Mitt Romney taking credit for auto industry revival

LINK

According to Romney

"My own view, by the way, was that the auto companies needed to go through bankruptcy before government help. And frankly, that's finally what the president did. He finally took them through bankruptcy. That was the right course I argued for from the very beginning," Romney said in an interview with WEWS-TV in Cleveland.
