This clown could be one of the biggest jerkoffs to have ever posted on this site.
He wants everybody fired because he got fired from the plant and now his occupation is robbing people on a daily basis from his 4x4 cubicle. I cant wait until he gets canned from this job.
Looks like he's clarified his stance,so I'll try to understand and respect his overall opinion about unions.

Oakley, without a union to protect workers, could be basically fired for whatever reason the boss so desires. The non union worker might not get along with another worker and if that worker happens to be a friend of the bosses, you can say bye bye job, because the boss will just find a way to can your behind and since you dont have a union to protect you, good luck hiring your own lawyer and trying to get the garbage solved.
Look no further then the person head boss who fired 11 workers for wearing orange, when there was no rules against what colors you wore to work.  Ny guess is he lost big bucks on one of the teams in the NCCA tourney whos colors were orange and he just couldnt stomach looking at them all day.
Do you really want to work for a company, where the company has all the power over its workers and if the boss happens to dislike you for whatever reason, he cans your behind and then just says he was a bad or lazy worker. It will be the bosses word against the workers word

Once again CD I remind you that only 7% of the private work force has a union to back them up and stories like your orange blouses don't happen all that often. We seem to be doing fine the way things are.

You act like the numbers are backwards but the numbers help me tell my story not yours. 7%

The number has been decreasing since the union boom in the Hoffa days. Since people have the right to vote...Id say they are choosing NOT to have a union represent them. Except for the pussies that need someone else to back them up.

and now your an expert on people getting wrongly fired and you know exactly how many this happens to on a yearly basis?
My God is there any subject you are not an expert on?  For a guy who couldnt hold down a job at a plant sweeping the floor, you have suddenly become an expert on everything now

You know about arena football contracts, police and firefighter jobs, unions, gas taxes, road repairs, people getting fired.
With all of these talents and knowledge you have, why the hell are you sitting in that cubicle 8 hours a day calling people up to hustle them?

CD its not that I'm a particular expert at anything. Its that you lack basic common sense. That makes it look like I'm an expert on all those things when actually I just apply the God given common sense I've had since birth.

Once again this post shows how clueless you are and how you try to spin everything.
None of the things i mentioned up above has anything to do with common sense.

1.you are not an expert on the financial matters of the arena football league between owners and players. You donot know the true numbers or details of the talks. So common sense theory is gone

2.you are not an expert in road repairs of highways. So common sense gone here also

3.you are not an expert in people getting wrongfully fired from their jobs, nor do you know how many it happens to every year. If you think every case is gonna be on the news, you are more clueless then i even thought you were. So common sense gone here also

4.you are not an expert on the duties and difficulties of being a police officer or firefighter. You know nothing about these jobs, so you shouldnt try to pretend you are an expert. So common sense out the window again.

Only job that you might be an expert at, and i even doubt you are, is your job as a snake oil salesman and thats it.  Maybe getting coffee for your boss, but even that am sure you mess up.

also the case with the orange shirts would not have even been on the news if it wasnt for the fact that 11 people all got fired at once for the same thing. If this would have been one person, nobody across the country even hears about this case.

pretty strange if you search for wrongful termination lawyer, you tons and tons of lawyers who just deal with those type of cases. Gee, since you are an expert and say people arent getting wrongfully terminated that much, why the hell would all these lawyers take up that area of the law, since theres really no money to be made, since according to you, theres no cases

owned again just like always

Flaming liberal, lmfaooooooooooooo Thats the best you can come back with, when i clearly girl slapped you into next week once again. It doesnt matter what party i belong to, you still are not an expert in any of the 4 things i listed up above and thats a fact, so stop acting like a jackass. Face it you are going to spend the rest of your life being mad at the world and having to work in your 4 x 4 cubicle calling people up and trying to get them to buy insurance from you.
For the record you lost, game , set and match once again.

Oh and one other thing unlike you who am sure just votes your party line, i vote for the person not the party. My last local election i voted for 2 more republicans then democrats, so bite me insurance boy.  Now you better go get your rest, for that strenuous job of shuffling papers tomorrow at work. I would hate to see you throw out your back.  Maybe you should get one of the ladies in the office to help you.

Hey shitbag, It takes more than just claiming you won to actually win.

All this crap about all jobs need unions or else people get fired for no reason. I'm glad theres only a small percentage of people like you that think like pussies.

I haven't worked for a union my whole life (thank God) and I've NEVER been fired. Let alone for no reason. I bet there are tons of hard working people that have never been fired for no reason.

Maybe you are worried about it because you're one of those people that has a hard time getting people to like you. Maybe you have been fired for no reason because you like to act like a douche. I'm not saying that maybe you act like a douche. There's no MAYBE about it.

So much for your premature proclamation of victory.

Some people just have common sense. You don't!

First let me start by saying some desk jockey that shuffles papers all day long, shouldnt be calling anybody a box

secondly iam claiming victory over the fact that you are not an expert in any of the 4 things i posted up above. If you got some proof that you indeed are an expert, in for example the the financial structure of the arena football league, then post it.  If you are an expert in highway road repairs then post your proof.  If you are an expert on cops and firefighters jobs, then post your proof.  If you are an expert in people getting wrongfully fired from their jobs, then post your proof. There sure is alot of lawyers alla cross the country who specialize in people just getting wrongfully fired. Now why the hell would a person go to law school, get a degree, pass the bar and take up an area of law, that there is no clients for him to make money at, since you said there isnt many wrongful firings in the country. Are you calling all these lawyers stupid, being you are an expert on this subject.
Man you are such an expert on all these areas, but you sit in your cubicle selling insurance. Man all that wasted talent and knowledge.
The fact is when you get your behind handed to you, the first thing you try to do is change the subject and talk about something else.
So until you can post your credentials and proof that you are an expert on any of those subjects, shut the hell up.

Also its funny how you bad mouth unions non stop, but from what i have been reading on the net alcoa appears to be a union shop and in fact if you want, i could post the 2010 contract that was settled witht he steel workers union.

Up kind of late posting, dont you need your sleep for work?  Oh thats right you sit on your behind all day and you arent lifting anything heavier then a envelope, you dont really need much sleep.
Remember if you have to fill the copy machine, you might want to ask one of the girls in the office to put the paper in it for you. I would hate to see you get hurt at work and be wrongfully fired

and even if you were a non union worker at the plant, am pretty sure that you benefited from the contract the union worked out for the plant.
You sure as hell didnt meet with the bosses you work out your own wage at the plant and that is a fact.
So really take your bs somewhere else

So let me get this strait.

You have to be an expert at building roads to be able to see if the road is damaged enough to need repair? What an idiot you are. The road Im talking about they repaved after only 3 mild years and probably wasted 15 million in the process.

I don't even need to go any farther. That first statement pretty much owns you.

There sure is alot of lawyers alla cross the country who specialize in people just getting wrongfully fired.

Really? What the hell is this?

Haven't you beat that paper pusher thing to death yet? Thats all you have on me so you have to squeeze the life out of it.

First let me start by saying some desk jockey that shuffles papers all day long, shouldnt be calling anybody a box

Remember, I worked at the NON UNION Alcoa plant for almost 15 years. People who need the union to help back them up are pussies!

You need to quit claiming victories that are not even close.

Lawyers for the most part don't care if they win these cases or not. They get their money regardless. My guess is they win less than 10% of these cases.

well i guess  i will say it again, you are not an expert on any of those subjects, including road repairs. Everything you spit out of your mouth is just guesses. Just because you think the road didnt need to be repaired, doesnt mean there wasnt a reason for it getting repaired. Stop trying to be a know it all on every subject, because you just keep making a fool out of yourself on a daily basis. Even in your post, you say " YOU GUESS IT COST 15 MILLION"
Do you have proof of that number or you know that number because you are also an expert on job pricing for road repairs.
Also when i was talking about highways and bridge repairs, i was referring to what the gas tax was used for, not some local road in your city.
Why didnt you get off your behind and go down to your city hall and demand to know why your money was being spent on paving the road.
Did it ever occur to you, maybe the road was paved with faulty material and they were repaving it now before worse damage could be done and it cost more money to fix?  Nope probably never crossed your pea brain head, because you have never worked a physical job your whole life.
Also when are you gonna tell all of us your qualifications on moneuy matters involving the arena football league, besides what you read online?  Tell us how you know all the inside details and how much money the owners really have or dont have.
You got owned like a little girl, so go put your dress on desk jockey and bring the boss some coffee.

So which acoa plant is non union, because from the contract am looking at theres no mention of non union plants.

Also its funny how you keep calling people that belong to unions pussies. Wanting to get the best deal and working conditions at their jobs make them pussies?
And please dont give me this crap, each person can work out their own deal, because right there shows that you have never worked at any plant.  Companies dont work out contracts for blue collar workers separately for each worker. It doesnt matter if the plant is union or non union, the plant works out a contract for all employees the same.  So am quite sure that you didnt hold a contract talk with your company over what your pay and benefits would be in that plant.  Am sure there was people from your non union group, who worked out the contract for all you non union workers. So it looks like somebody else did the contract work for you, does that now make you a box, like the union guys you bash?  Your a joke

You said that not many people get wrongfully fired in our country and i said if that was true, why would a lawyer go into the business of just handling those type of cases, if there according to you arent many in the country.
Spin this any way you want dumbass, but bottomline is there must be a lot of cases for these guys to work on or else they would be in another area of the law.

Just proves once again that you know nothing about nothing.

Just because they "THINK" they get fired wrongfully, doesn't mean they actually DO. Anybody can pay a retainer and try a case in court. Doesn't mean they have a good case.
