Here is a guy who has done everything right.. highly educated, family man with 2 children.. never left his wife, no child support.

For 3 years he has been trying to bring America back from the brink. Trying bring back the middle class. Trying to end wars and save the economy. And yet many still hate him so much.. it makes you wonder, WHY ? They claim it's because he is a socialist, but we have had social security for 70 years. And it's working.

One can only come to one conclusion.. RACISM ! and that was so evident if you watched the South Carolina GOP debate. Where are most of the red states ? The south..from N.C. to Texas

Will the hatred of the civil war ever end ?

Don, in 2008 Obama won Virginia and North Carolina.  No racism there.  Just because he's African American doesn't mean we are not allowed to criticize his policies.

If black people hate him, I would say they are racists too.

I guess if you think that race is the only possible reason I guess that makes you the racist.

And this is like the 3rd time you have posted this race baiting asinine theory.

I do not hate him, I wish him success. His success equals my success and our country as a whole.

I also disagree with all the people who want him to fail, it doesn't make sense. There are a lot of blinded people that dislike him for the wrong reasons and it is a shame.

However, I feel his policies are not effective towards what our country needs to recover.

Everybody has their head in the sand when it comes to our debt like it will magically go away one day. I don't blame him for all of our debt but he has been a major contributor towards it.

The debt keeps piling on, when will it end? How about you take out a credit card max it get a new credit card to pay the first credit card max it take out another credit card and so on and so on and see how that works for you.

It is going to come to a head one day and end bad somewhere down the road. A year? 2 years? 5 years? 10 years? I have no idea but we will collapse unless some MAJOR changes to our economic policies happen.

Social Security is not sustainable in its current form. I also don't blame him for that. But it needs a major overhaul like everything else in our system and he isn't doing much about it. Personally I don't believe in the SS system. I would much prefer to handle my retirement needs on my own without being forced to pay into a failing system. Where is the freedom in that?

He is no better or worse than Bush was. He is the same warmonger as the last President. He is a politician who has a self serving agenda just like the rest. What happened to the line by line review of our budget and all the other campaign promises he didn't keep. There was no change and hope is fleeting. He is more of the same. It doesn't matter who you vote for Romney, Gingrich or Obama whoever wins the election nothing will change.

You guys argue constantly over what is ultimately the same choice. It's pointless. Who is better? Who sucks? Obama, Bush, Romney Gingrich ad nauseum it's all the same, take off your blinders. Use that passion for true reform and not for the same stagnation we are wallowing in.

While Ron Paul may have what is deemed to be EXTREME ideas we are in an EXTREME situation and need an EXTREME restructure of what was a good basic framework that developed into a mutated monster due to self serving agendas and not the will of the people.

However, I am a realist so if Paul were to get elected I honestly don't think he would be allowed to do what he wants to do anyway. The GOP and the DEMS would unite to become the "Party of No" (I hate these friggin cliches).

But at least he gives me a sliver of hope so I will take that over no hope at all with the other GOP candidates and our POTUS.

While I don't like to be a harbinger of doom I really don't see much hope for our future. Why would I think that common sense policies and decisions would be implemented when the for the last 50+ years we have been on a downward spiral, it is only noticeable recently due to the speed in which we are falling.

Hopefully after our collapse people will open their eyes and a new day will dawn so we can rise from the ashes to rebuild into the country we are supposed to be.

I suppose you believe that blacks are not racists toward a half white ?  You're ignorance is paramount to all those who know you.

So the country was open minded enough to elect him and at one point award him with a 70% approval, BUT after three years of obama abject failures and a dismal outlook, the same people are not blatant racists.

I agree many people were blinded by color in 2008, PC choices of woefully underqualified, race card throwing, community dividers does have results.......and they were horrendous.

Espainade, What I'm saying is there still, to this day, hatred toward him throughout the country, but mainly in the south, only because of his color. They never voted voted for him in 2008, even after they saw the failure of the repulsican party.

They are the ones that did not want their representations to compromise. They are the ones that turned their party into the party of NO. The Joe Wilsons of the world.

You're contradicting yourself....

The point is.......................he had 70% approval as a biracial president and according to your ilk he won election in a LANDSLIDE. He had Congress giving him everything he wanted for two years.

Now he has approval in the low 40's and many of his accomplices in Congress were sent home. He's still a biracial president.

And your explanation is racism. That's funny. Or more accurately sad.

Let me remind you that never did he did get everything he wanted. he compromised and they ridiculed him. They stonewalled him on everything, even Obamacare, but Speaker N.Pesoli pushed it through.

Well, that's all about to change..I sense that he is sick of the right wing. After he wins in 2012, You can bet that if they don't compromise, he going to proceed without them.

As he said last night, he will open up public land for gas exploration rather than cut the country down the middle with a oil pipe line.. Supposedly to gain 50k jobs, meanwhile green energy jobs have created 100K jobs in 3 years, which helps wean us off of foreign, oil.

yet your beloved NYT op ed columnist maureen dowd chastises romney for "At Harvard, Romney was in a nondrinking, nonsmoking, suburban, uxorious bubble with Ann, revolving around Mormon rituals, Mormon couples and the Mormon credo of strong, heterosexual, traditional families."

which is it? is having strong traditional family values and leading a clean lifestyle a good thing or a bad thing?  or is it bad when its a R and good when its a D (perhaps bc many Ds dont live a clean lifestyle)

Then the United states of America will proceed to try him for treason and most likely execute him.

so you are against the principle of checks and balances, or just when its Rs checking the powers of Ds?  did you support the bush administrations abuse of executive power bc congress wouldnt play ball?

if you believe in a principle when it benefits you but not when it hurts you, we call that being a hypocrite

Don is right there. If you thought Obama was liberal for his first term wait until his second term. He doesn't have to worry about the middle because he doesn't have to worry about getting reelected.

For what?

Please explain.

Before you answer, this is also part of the question: Also include in your answer when exactly the Bush administration will be prosecuted, what the charges are for each president, and the differences in each of the cases.

Think about it for one second please.

NB - If you choose not to answer, you will not be deducted marks, and it will not affect your final grade

I think I have been pretty clear that I think that Bush and Obama are both criminals, and have abused their office to the point of treason.

If we continue to allow the executive branch to usurp the powers that were given to other branches we will find ourselves in a pretty bad place.  We are already hurting due to the movement towards tyranny.

The way that we conduct war is against the law. Our law.

The involvement with the private sector in both administrations is beyond the run of the mill corporate cronyism you would expect.  It is direct fraud perpetrated by mandates from the executive seat.

I guess if you do not think that these things are bad, or that they have weakened us as a country I sound like a loon.

The most frustrating part is that guys like don cry their eyes out about the corporate corruption and blame the free market and in the same breath want to give the biggest perpetrators MORE POWER.  It makes no sense.

Then next obvious thought that guys like Don will have is we need more regulations.
Yes, we need to ask those who have bent us over to please stop raping us and make sure that it is impossible to rape us again.  Only problem?   THEY ARE SERIAL RAPISTS.

Don juan, all you have to do is look to President Obama's SOTUA last night to see he's the one thats truely a racist ...

He lauded and mentioned his Anglo-American relative in the speech :

"My grandfather, a veteran of Patton's Army, got the chance to go to college on the GI Bill. My grandmother, who worked on a bomber assembly line, was part of a workforce that turned out the best products on Earth."

But nary a word about his African relatves like his Molsim grandfather Hussein Onyango Obama, father B.Hussein Obama senior ,or his illegal Aunt Zeituni Onyango and drunken Uncle Omar..
