oopsie

So they intentionally mislead analysts for five years, that and the little part of Intel paying off DELL so they wouldnt use AMD processors.

How INTC isnt being smacked around is beyond me.

Everytime I read something like this I cringe!

Thing about US is businesses and govt try to act like they are ethincal and honest => Total Bullshit!

At least in Russia for instance they admit they are crooked and corrupt!

This is the reason we need regulation.

Companies cannot be trusted to be honest and legit, in this case DELL hid their weaknesses to bolster their EPS and share price.

And what ticks me off the most is how Intel paid DELL to not use AMD processors.

How exactly is this acceptable and why isnt INTC being slapped around for these monopolistic practices?
