#55 Posted: 12/11/2009 2:51:20 PM I'm out of my USD/JPY trade... gut feeling says that rally is over now... made away with a nice profit.. got in at 8873, sold at 8916
Net gain, 43 pips.... I'll take it... hope I didn't cut myself short, but analyzing the charts, I think a downtrend here is inevetable.
Sticking out with my USD/CAD pair.. it looks good.. I'm trying for 1064 here |

#56 Posted: 12/11/2009 2:59:10 PM Hey Bucknuts... I just learned something from forex.com... They let you trade spot gold and silver Have you done this? Anyone here an expert in silver and gold? Sounds interesting, and it's done right in the trading platform (just have to add the pairing) |

#57 Posted: 12/11/2009 3:44:10 PM Well, I liquidated my USD/CAD trade... again, gut feeling is this is going to go down.. may as well take the profits here now and look at it later... again, made a nice profit of 45 pips... I'll take it. |

#63 Posted: 12/12/2009 10:50:30 PM How much is good to have in your account to be able to make2k a week that seems like you would need a very large account to handle margin. |

I am wondering the same thing. Also, how much is a good starting point for opening a mini account? |
