I've been trying to burn these files (I downloaded the Insanity workouts) and every time I try to play it in my DVD player it says "incorrect disc".  Despite not playing in the DVD player, it will play if I put it in the computer.

I've tried messing with the burning options such as burn speed, but nothing seems to work.

Please help!!

Are they .iso's? What type of files are they. Also what are you thinking for tomorrow in soccer. You seem to be on a hot streak.

I'm using Memorex DVD-R... The files are MP4 Video... And I've tried using Windows Media Player as well as Windows DVD Maker, but what is interesting about Windows DVD Maker is that it won't even allow me to list the files I want it to burn.  Is it perhaps a problem with the files?

And c14m0r3, I'm gonna take a look at soccer right now and let ya know.

You will need a DVD authoring program to make your mp4's into a DVD readable format.   mp4 isn't readable on most standalone DVD players so you'll have to author a DVD or convert the files to a format your standalone DVD player can read.

don't have any suggestions for free/paid programs since I haven't tried any, but when I googled "DVD authoring mp4 free" some program called winx dvd author came up near the top of the list and is free, maybe give that one a shot.  looks like something that would work for your specific scenario
