Brilliant.
"Heros"/main characters almost never dies in American tv series/movies.

I had low expectations for this season because the four previous seasons were so great. It just couldn't get any better - but I was wrong.
This show is up there with The Wire, Seinfeld, Sopranos - absolutely tv history.
Just brilliant!

I loved how the episode begins with Walt demanding they say his name.  It would have only been better if he would have said, "...say my name bit%ch!"  Mike unfortunately does die but the loose ends have not been tied up yet with those 9 names and I am sure they are next.  Anyone notice that the loose ends never get tied up in this show.  Walt, Walt, Walt!

I am curious what is going to happen when the loose ends are either:  Jesse, Skylar, Hank or Walt Jr.

RJ - The Sopranos arc was the opposite of BB's. The show got worse as time went on. The last 2-3 seasons were useless, it was painful watching most of it. A happy mob guy? Build a season around that? It showed how desperate they were for material. Gimme a break.

Figured that the ending of this half season would be what occurred.  Not the exact way it ended but the ending the same.  I am being intentionally non-revealing so I do not make any spoilers.  What is that little bug like item that Walt took with him from his meeting with that woman and taped behind the outlet?  Did Jesse have that gun in his possession the whole time in case Walt was going to tie the loose end with him?  Is that what he was bugging out after he got the drop off?  Why was their a video camera taping the dinner between Walt, Skyler, Hank and Hanks' wife?

This show is really one of the best shows ever made hands down.....

The wire may be the best merely because it set the stage for this show and is based on true facts/events etc...

Man walter is in some deep garbage...... Man.... Can't wait for the next season god damn...... I hope they start it early next year and not next summer.......................

I thought that was a bug on the cafe table.

I think Walt was recording the conversation. Now he owns her, no violence necessary.

I guess it could've been poison too. It did look like that Ricin.

The item looked the same as what he put in the electrical outlet.

I just watched the finale and I have to say... that was probably the worst episode of the entire series.  Extremely disappointing.

This isn't the Breaking Bad I've come to love.

Do you smoke crack cocaine?

I have yet to talk to someone who did not like that ending. Perhaps you'd be better off watching spongebob..

It was the finale I expected.

It was definitely a little vile of ricin under his hat.

that was the ricin, if you paid attention this season he put it behind the wall socket I think episode 1 of this season. He was going to kill her after she gave him the names of the people she wouldn't have been any use to him.

Yep.
And as it turns out it was a mistake not to kill her...now Hank is onto him.
Recording their conversation would have no meaning whatsoever. Walt is the one facing the death penalty (not just from the cancer).

I'm just very disappointed with how everything played out.  This season has either been dreadfully slow at times, or everything's in fast forward.

They just spent 5 seasons turning Walter White from a complete square into one of the most ruthless criminal's ever.  He cooks drugs, he kills people, he steals... he does anything he has too to get to the top.

All of sudden, in the span of 5 minutes in ONE episode, he's done?

He and his wife's relationship is strained to the point where she wishes cancer upon him again.  Yet from some inexplicable reason, things are hunky dory and everyone is having dinner at the end?

This season was a bust.

He is not done.
Skyler is just happy her kids are safe...well she is hoping thus acting normal around her sister.
Walt is so caught up being the MAN that he will never stop. He does not care about the money...that Chech Republic thing is just the start of him getting a world wide reputation, not money just vanity and it will bring him down as he should have killed Lydia....Mike knew she would eventually be their/his downfall.
That poison he is hiding he will use on himself when he is about to get caught, I think.

Walt will be shot by the DEA. There will be an intimate plea and a standoff but ultimately he will be shot.
