Midnight In Paris. I thought it was eh. The Hemingway guy was funny but kind of a boring little movie

Hugo - hated this one. it was really boring
Act of Valor - entertaining. the action scenes were obviously pretty cool |

#9 Posted: 4/4/2012 3:58:41 PM True Grit - seems to take too long to start, but it's a surprisingly well done remake of a classic.
Winter's Bone - very good movie; kind of wish more happened, but I guess it had to remain faithful to the book.
Black Swan - I must not have been the target audience. I guess it was well done, but I just didn't care.
Moneyball - loved it. I've heard you don't have to be a baseball fan to enjoy it, but I'm not sure that's the case. Phillip Seymour Hoffman is amazingly good as Art Howe.
Lords of Dogtown - not as good as the documentary on which it is based (Dogtown and Z Boys), but it's a pretty good flick. That said, I think it could have been more compelling. Characters are sort of stick figures, except for Heath Ledger - probably not in his finest performance.

Overall, it was highly overrated.
