#5 Posted: 3/23/2012 1:33:35 PM Sounds like a slightly less happy Harry Potter to me. A Harry potter without the Magic.

She loved it, but here taste in movies sucks so who knows. |

Harry Potter had magic? He was a box from start to finish in that series. Very disappointing. |

#14 Posted: 3/25/2012 4:02:56 PM I saw it yesterday. Pretty good but nothing great. The one thing I found a little odd was how none of the kids seemed visibly distressed by the fact that they we were, in all likelihood, going to die. Or maybe they'd already accepted that fact. I don't know...
Worth seeing, but I wouldn't rush out to see it either.

#15 Posted: 3/26/2012 1:12:23 AM Action film The Hunger Games has taken $155m (£97m) at the US box office in its opening weekend.
It is the biggest-ever tally for a film that is not a sequel, and the third best opening of all time. |

#16 Posted: 3/26/2012 1:16:16 AM Above it come last year's Harry Potter finale, which took $169.2m in its first weekend, and 2008's The Dark Knight, which made
$158.4m . |

#17 Posted: 3/26/2012 1:17:47 AM The film has been compared to the Twilight series, which was also based on a series of novels for young adults.
However, its box office takings have eclipsed the vampire
series, whose best opening weekend came in 2009, when Twilight: New Moon
raked in $141m . |
