one thing that always bugged me about this movie. I think Sean Penn is sitting on his porch talking about his daughter's death. And he refers to her as his "daughter" or whatever. He says something like they killed my daughter my daughter. I just always thought it would have been more heart wrenching if he said my little girl. I know it's knit picking but it always bugged me, just seemed like something a father would say.

I dont remember it enough to go over specific plot things to be honest. Im not a fan of a lot of these recent Eastwood directed movies. I absolutely hated Million Dollar Baby

Way way overrated and a downer of a movie. The who's who of big Hollywood liberals (Penn, Bacon, Robbins) as well should tell you why it was sooooo well received (they always take care of their own). If you want to watch Penn smoke a lot with a horrible accent then I highly recommend it. For the record I think all 3 are great actors (just not here).

what was that other movie with Kevin Bacon where he lives in a house where there is a dead girl in his brick wall in his basement and he keeps seeing her? his best friends sons killed the girl and they buried her in the wall.

That's a great movie too. Another new england movie.
