I think Claire Danes' acting is annoying.

But the story is great so I am watching it.

Predictable first episode..she gets dragged back in and AQ tries to control Brody.

I hope it picks up..

Well, would have been boring watching her doing the gardening for season 2.
Liked it, just think it's a bit too soon he's close to being the VP. Guess it would be boring as well to watch him being a congress man for 4 seasons....

This show is highly entertaining but I'm just trying to imagine it all. I think the whole idea that he was able to disappear for 8 years is hard to believe.

The most shocking thing that I can't believe is the idea that he immediately became a congressman merely because he was in the military and had a great story behind him. It doesn't work that way. I can't picture that happening.

The show kind of reminds me of the killing though. How long can the really drag this show out maybe a 3rd season. More than that and they're going to destroy the idea of the show..

All in all though highly entertaining.

hmmm there are POW's or guys MIA still out there from Vietnam and from the gulf wars. So it's not hard to imagine. Some may have not agreed with the war and left or captured. As far as being recruited to Congress, there have been people they wanted to run for office. Off the top of my head early in the morning, Ollie North ran for senator and others have been asked to run. Colin Powell was asked for a long time and I think even Swarczkopff (sp?) was asked to run. Yes it was immediate that they asked him, but it's a tv show, so that kind of explains why.

yeah it kind of took me off guard. I was like whoa she's blowing it up now?!? Saul looked like he was going to garbage his pants lol. But I think she was right, Brody sat on his bed freaking out.

This show lost me when the VPs kid hit Brodys' contact with the BMW.

DC.................small, safe town. I mean, who doesn't like going for a nice walk in the dark after hours? Especially if you're a woman alone?

ummmm was that her? I kind of thought it was at first for a split second, but it would seem far-fetched. Also it shows her in the next episode with Brody telling her he needs to talk to her about something. She wasn't in a hospital or anything. After seeing her in the preview for next week I just assumed they showed the lady to show she was a person of Arab descent.
