#1 Posted: 4/5/2011 3:42:17 AM Anyone seen this movie? It was on USA channel last night ....
Crank
Statham is cool, lots of action, but the way the cinematography is done, pace of film, and non-stop action, I felt like I needed a valium afterwards.

Good flick though....

#3 Posted: 4/5/2011 11:11:27 AM yeah Dennis, it was a good flick. Crank 2 was kind of overkill, but good for mindless action. If you watch Crank 2 don't expect much in the way of reality lol. If you thought 1 was far-fetched, 2 blows it away in fantasy terms.

#4 Posted: 4/5/2011 1:47:03 PM both wer fun movies but I actually though Crank 2 was the better. like Jarrett said, "good for mindless action". also pretty funny in spots too with the same kind of nutty humor as his movie "Snatch".
"2" is on the EPIX HD channel today (tue april 5th) and tomarrow (april 6th). |

#6 Posted: 4/6/2011 5:41:58 AM I liked it when J. Statham boinked that hot blond chick in the middle of the afternoon on a crowded sidewalk in front of a busload of chinese schoolgirls......and they all were applauding!

unfortunately I don't think DirecTV carries EXIP yet. not to worry, I'm sure Crank 2 will be on another DirectTV available channel soon

I don't think there is any such thing as a "BAD" Jason Statham action movie. he even at least half saved that Sylvester Stallone wreck "The Expendables". hopefully there will be a Crank 3 BUT I'm wondering WHAT the "your gonna die IF you don't do this" they will come up with after Adrenaline and High Voltage?

#14 Posted: 3/4/2012 10:54:29 PM I thought both Crank movies sucked, just found the camera work to be beyond annoying. Though neither reached the depths of Transporter 3. That thing was one of the worst pieces of garbage ever made.
Just looked at that wikipedia page. I think I have seen almost every movie listed. His first two movies are still his best ones, liked The Bank Job as well. The rest of his flicks range from good to garbage.
