And nobody can get mad at this anyway because I had Paul on the trading block, along with all my top players. He just kept sending me Rondo + West or Morrow so I decided to say darn it and asked for Kaman because he's been on a tear.

I hate when people say someone is a "waiver wire guy". Is Nikola Pekovic a "waiver wire guy"? How about Jeremy Lin?

Just because he was on the wire when you missed the chance to get him or didn't take the leap of faith to get him doesn't mean he's simple a "waiver wire guy".

im not mad by any means, its your team and besides i know garbage cause i havent won one of these leagues yet..   i just think paul provides better Overall #'s for your team and when trading a Top 3 guy i think u should've got back a higher caliber guy then Rondo.   ur looking at an 11 game body of work for Kaman and calling him a beast..     it is what it is though, like i said, its ur team.

But those 11 games are his most recent games.

And my team was set up to be good at ALL categories. And what did that do for me? It made me AVERAGE at all categories but FG%, FT% and turnovers...leaving me with 3 wins a week.

Um i dont think he could of got a better guy back then Rondo seeing how Paul was on the block the last 2 weeks with no offers.

I agree with what you guys are saying but he was on the block. I get pissed when guys are traded who are not on the block and i have no chance to get in on it but you cant get pissed when a guy is sitting on the block for weeks that someone clearly wants to trade  then girl when a trade goes through you dont like. Not that your bitching im just saying in general.

Since when is Rondo a shitty player as well? He is a 2nd round draft pick and "RANKED" 25 overall who has missed 1/3 of the season.

I don't get how people are trying to tell me that my team was better with Chris Paul on it when I was clearly getting my behind handed to me since I got him. I was 14-22 with him on my team. I have so many injuries that I need players who are actually going to play. So now I have them.

I get it. He makes everyone's team better. But I needed a combination of good players over 1 great player at this point.

I don't care who is "on the block" or anything about that.

I don't understand Sparkys reasoning of "he was on the block and this was the best offer I got", still doesn't make it a good trade.

Sparky loses both shooting %'s, loses 3's, loses turnovers and steals. Gains blocks, rebs and a little poins and very little assists.
Manram gains both %'s, 3's, turnovers, steals while losing blocks, rebs (which doesn't affect his team really), small points and assits.

The trade just doesn't make any sense for Sparky IMO, it's his team. He wants to finish out of the playoffs thats up to him.

sidenote: I don't swear by the rankings in basketball, I value the AVERAGE stats and rankings more, of which Paul still crushes the other two.

sidenote: Blakes average ranking is higher than his totals ranking, plus over the last 30/14/7 days his rank is much higher. Uinlike Kama and Rondo whos average rank is just as bad as their total ranks.

So you just admitted making you team worse somehow is a good move.

Plus he's how far out of the playoff and making the team ahead of him better.

I know trades are fun to him but sometimes it's ridiculous when he's just trading for the sake of trading and affecting the rest of the league. I don't blame Manram one bit for taking the trade.

Yup. I traded Chris Paul to ManRam because I always know that I can count on him to make a trade with me if I need one.

Chris Paul is well rounded.

Powerade is in first place without assists and FT%.

Well Rounded isn't the best way to win. I traded the top PG for a solid PG and got a solid rebounding and blocking player without having to give up one.

I'm a Duke fan but I never feel confident in their games this season. I'm amazed they only have 4 losses. And they are a really bad first half team I've learned.

As for your offer...I'm mulling it over. I did say discount afterall.
