#1 Posted: 9/21/2012 4:21:11 AM Some thoughts
Will Melbourne really lose 2 GF qualifiers in consecutive years? Bellyache would have learnt what he did wrong last year and made adjustments this time round.
If any team i would trust down there to win at this time of the year, it would be Manly and the Dogs.
Melbourne will get all the refereeing decisions.
We havent had a real real real close finals game yet....apart from the Dogs Manly game, the rest have been rubbish in terms of closenes...This is where the +3.5 comes into play...i am leaning this....
What favours Manly is, the storm have had 2 weeks off and could come out a little slow, the eagles do most of there damage in the first 20 mins of games..
This is very very hard...Something tells me to wait for a half time bet....

#2 Posted: 9/21/2012 4:27:11 AM Storm game plan is too slowly choke out the opp, They make the most of the errors but i just can't see Manly playing into that tonight, Manly has a better team overall and i can see T Rex having a huge game
Manly with points and SU for me |

#4 Posted: 9/21/2012 4:28:16 AM damn, there is great great value in Manly....
However, i know you should be careful what you wish for, but as a dogs supporter, i would much rather play the storm up here in front of 79,900 Dogs / Sydney supporters in a GF than Manly where it woud be 50/50 , Manly have a wealth of GF experience and we have beaten them twice in a row and they would be stinging....
Yikes....... |

LOL, i remember last year i was at Brooky when the dogs played the eagles, Corey told me to come and sit with him on the bench (he was njured), and Ennis who was also injured was sitting in front of us, Rose walked past us (subbed out) and the way Corey looked at his gut and said "thats friggin disgusting", i will never forget and Ennis' reaction was priceless.....so funny |
