Here's hoping the Swans come back to glory!
BTW....my pick for the NRL GF is Melbourne. Didn't have the balls to bet them though. |

#28 Posted: 3/9/2012 2:25:05 AM Here's hoping to J Brown not breaking his face ever again! And another threepeat.
Along side being my grandparents team, especially with Paul Roos I always had a soft spot for the Swans, plus I grew up in the Lions recruiting area, Roosy, Pert (before he defected to colliscum) and Serafini were awesome at junior footy clinics.
I usually do a futures bet on AFL/NRL premiership single and doubles but I haven't bothered this year, they are fun but are sucker bets which I'm trying to stay away from. Heart says Storm in NRL who knows in AFL but I'm not throwing a dart over the entire season/s.
Back onto rugby, before Storm entered the comp I supported Manly, being the maroons. Who do you follow in NRL?

Your heart says Melbourne, my head says Melbourne. Haha....let's combine them!
Barracker of: Swans, Roosters, Tahs
Did you see the spread for the Swans/Western Sydney match? Local over here is giving out Swans -99.5.

#35 Posted: 3/10/2012 10:45:00 PM You picked the wrong state for your teams man.
I guess they got killed last year. The -99.5 on the Blues v Suns was crazy, the line was around -60/-70 The -99.5 pyol think around 26/1 and Blues won by 180 or so. I was going to play a -99.5 pyol on that game hoping for same kinda odds but after GWS getting blown out in that recent NAB full length NAB game they are expecting another huge blowout.
Sportsbet has the line at 90.5 now, it was at -50.5 a few weeks back

lol at sharks is the new lol at souffs. I originally tipped Knights and thought I'd fade myself. lol at me too.
Roosters are sucking it up, alsoo. The only sensible thing to do is go all in on Storm to chase my losses.

Shoulda just bet my lean on the totals instead of being silly/greedy and throwing a dart on the margins. Too many silly long shots on doubles, back in the negative, reap what you sow, aye.

#39 Posted: 3/11/2012 3:58:33 AM Enough dumb NRL bets for the weekend. Sensible bet to get back half a unit. Fortunately I went 6-2 on hoops so I don't need to chase or do anything risky like 8u on a 1.40 ML as I just considered. Should have taken the ML line at these odds a few days ago. You snooze you lose.

#44 Posted: 3/11/2012 11:42:14 PM Warriors will be fired up after last weeks loss to Manly. Hayne is supposed to be a late inclusion but I don't think that'll help Crappamatta. Warriors are clearly a better side
