So you would play the Game 4 instead of normally being a game 1. If that loses, I just go back to 1.5% for Game 2 instead of progressing further.

Almost all sportsbooks use mostly only 1.5 runlines. This question is regarding the bet column regarding betting moneyline(ml), 1, or 1.5.
