#76 Posted: 4/3/2012 9:19:08 PM Hey Bettor, are those 4 plays your first unofficial/handicapped plays of the year? And they are still three game chases correct?

Atlanta wont see 86 wins this season, tougher division than Detroit and Vegas figures Detroit grabs 90+ wins. I dont think Freddy Gonzalez can manage a High School Team. Braves collapsed second half of last season. Chipper out first two weeks, injuries in his last year. Nothing looks good for the Braves.
I agree. I was never a real believer with ATL last year, but they got us some wins. Their Offense was aweful at times. Pitching is decent though. I may still take ATL this weekend, IDK.
As always guys, I post plays in the morning when I wake, day of the game. What are some other thoughts on ATL??? |

Though they are on the Road to begin, I think Colorado is a strong chase to win a game against Houston in the first series. The Rockies should be competitive and have a few All-Stars, while Houston is a glorified AAA team with no-names.

I don't think so. I don't normally pick one game, but I will here since Tomorrow is such a freaking special day ( ) it makes me cry. I'm taking Johnson and Miami. For a couple reasons. Johnson is in his prime right now. 27y/o. He's gunna win the Cy Young this year or next ( I think). Miami is opening with a new good roster and new stadium. I think it's playoff atmosphere for MIAMI. Guillen, who I don't really care for, but his players love him, is the new head coach. Miami wins this opener at home. Sorry Irage. I could be wrong though. |

Not sure if ESPN updates their rpi daily, but if they do, what is your stance on teams that fall below or climb above the set parameters/criteria after game 1? Does the opening game rpi carry over to games 2,3 and 4 regardless of what happens in earlier series games?
Thanks for sharing a great system. Looking forward to a profitable 2012 season.
Good Luck.

#84 Posted: 4/4/2012 12:21:41 AM RPI doesnt matter once a series starts. As long as the first game fits into the rpi parameters as a play, its on for the rest of the series. |

#86 Posted: 4/4/2012 8:25:42 AM b2w, I think you should have a different thread for each system. RPI System, Continuous RPI system, unofficial plays, etc. It seems like there will be a lot of posts in this thread and the system plays could get lost. This thread would be perfect for the unofficial plays, comments, and suggestions. The other threads for the systems should just be posts by you or who ever posts the official plays so it does not get confusing and is easy to monitor.

#87 Posted: 4/4/2012 8:32:41 AM Guys - I kept trying to find a spreadsheet that would have all the games on it so its easier to track the series. I finally found this.

CLick on other tools and then 2012 schedule. It might help track things a bit better. If someone has a better spreadsheet, please share.
