Does anybody have any data on the results of the consensus picks from Covers?  I would love to know the accuracy given certain levels of consensus, particularly on the Top 10% and Experts sections.

For instance, if 80% or higher on the Experts Consenus- what are the odds on getting that pick right/wrong?

Also, same thing for the Top 10% category?

That would be some powerful information if we had it...  All it would take is someone patient enough to go back and log it all...

Bring it tool, you'll get destroyed.  By the way, I did the work on this for the last 60 days and there is some fairly compelling data there (not the kind of data you might think btw).

Trigg you should stop by the District of Columbia I'd be happy to share it, and the back of my hand with you.  But the back of my hand comes first.

Lol, I'll pass. I've got my own betting methods so not really looking for anything else. Not really into violence either to be honest. Was just trying to make banter with the fist comment, but it seems you've taken it seriously  Good luck to you with your data.

Nah nah nah not at all.  Banter is a good thing!   We can all move on peacefully...  Still I'm thinking of taking this study back as far as it can go (will take a long time) and I would like to do it for both the 10% and "Team Expert" number...

I was looking into the Team Expert pages and thought of an idea of perhaps choosing sides or totals where both #1 experts of teams matching up, picked the same. Haven't really backtested but I'm thinking that picks can be fairly solid if both #1 team cappers chose the same, right? Hope the study comes to something good though
