Depends on when you bet them. They came out at 53.5 total for the game. I had a buddy that played that and collected. Bet those favorite combos early!! |

I bet $100 on each parlay ...Book pays 2.6:1 for win and charges 10% juice on loss...so... ...for each WIN I net...$260-110= $150 ...for each LOSS I net....$110X2= -$220
Yesterday...6-2 ...$150X6= $900 ...-$220X2= -$440 ...$900-$440= +$460 for the day...

the 10% is normal on a loss I think....
gotta bet increments of 11 with a local, so you lose 110 on a parlay but you should be getting paid 290 on the win ...then minus the 110 loss, +180 |

#141 Posted: 9/19/2010 4:44:02 PM this system is money on 2nd half plays also. We had one 1st half play and one 2nd half play and both hit. Might want to start looking at them. I didn't pull the trigger on the 2nd half play though already made a nice profit this weekend |

#145 Posted: 9/20/2010 10:02:35 AM Since you can get up to 33% online sportsbook, would it be worth taking those if you can't find a local bookie? How accurate are the 30-33% range?

Not enough. You lose your edge. That's why the online books are OK with it. |

#147 Posted: 9/20/2010 10:48:02 AM I was afraid of that. I did it this weekend and hit every one of them, I think I will put some low units on them again this week and hope for that same luck

I wouldn't risk too much....like Kirby said, you are losing the mathematic edge on it
most locals will take these, go find one....ask around if you know other gamblers in your area, or just go to a bar on a sunday and ask around...
I think locals take them partially because they don't know about the advantage of them and becuase most locals are ego driven, they all think you will lose eventually and they know you will bet it back so they take them |

#149 Posted: 9/20/2010 5:03:52 PM My local also charge juice on parlays. Its a shame.

They know it doesn't make sense but they do it anyway. They know Vegas doesn't charge juice on parlays but they do it anyway.

#150 Posted: 9/20/2010 5:14:33 PM So to find a local I should go to Buffalo Wild Wings this weekend to watch the games and rub elbows with the people in there drinking and find out who is betting with a local bookie.
lol, man that sounds fun, I could just imagine how this would work out. I just don't see how anyone is going to give up their bookie off a first impression. Hey, I'll damn sure do it though.
What kind of luck could I have had to of hit EVERY SINGLE one of the parlays I picked this weekend?
I think I will play all the 30-33% plays again this weekend and go to BWW to watch how they unfold and try to find me a local bookie.
Thanks for all the help guys
