so this ponzi sheme guy takes millions from dumb investors, goes to an underground poker game in beverly hills,  loses his money and now the investors that loss there money is trying to sue toby.  this crap shouldnt hold up in court.  thats just like saying hey bob give me 100k if i lose it in this poker game,  you will sue the winners and get your money back.
