#11 Posted: 6/20/2012 12:41:17 PM Miami wraps up everything thursday at home. I have to admit I've lost money on miami during the regular season because of the 66 game schedule. there was a percentage of games that miami did not make an effort to win when expected. Games I've lost this year that cost me some big money was the infamous Martin luther king day chicago game, chicago gets blown out by memphis because bitchass thibadeau benches derrick rose. I lost big on the spurs when popovich benched ginobli, duncan, parker against the blazers. Lost on Orlando because once again the coach benches dwight howard, orlando gets blown out. I truly look forward to the college football and NFL season where every saturday and sunday is maximum effort by all football teams. There is no taking games off. I look forward to the normal 82-game season in the NBA. Because again the one factor I was never sure of is the godamn state of mind of the coach on deciding to rest his star players. It's been a great season my main moneymakers this year was riding atlanta hawks during regular season because like the atlanta falcons thats all they are good for, regular season wins. Boston celtics, they never give up on the play and were a great team to bet on for the second half. I dont know something about that half-time doc rivers speech made boston cover almost every 2nd half spread. Good luck next season everyone. darn back-to-back-to-back-back to back games. |

#13 Posted: 6/20/2012 3:05:44 PM this is so easy. Miami is gonna finish them off at home. I can't think of a team that was up 3-1 in the Finals that couldn't close out in their final home game. Miami with the spread is looking 100% sure |

Honestly if this was the regular season I would agree with you 300 million% because to a certain extent miami is a vegas team. And vegas would love us to put up the mortgage on thursday against OKC. I guess my logic on this one is that in 2006 they won the cahmpionship on the road. If they win on thursday they would be celebrating on their home floor for the first time in their team history. Then again NBA finals history shows almost every finals going to 6 games for one reason or another. My judgement is clouded im already committing a cardinal sin by betting on my team anyway. No play for me. Quitting and quitting while you're ahead is not the same thing. Bring on College football!!! |

#21 Posted: 6/21/2012 7:08:53 AM Series has been a bummer thus far. OKC beat a better team in the west finals. Arguments can be made that the Lakers were a better team as well. Then it hit me that the NBA knew they would have to spot Miami 3 for this to go 7 games. I'll take the Thunder in the next 2 fairly reffed games. Game 7 will be a coin flip again. |
