i see so many people dumping their $$$ on the texans and being shocked by the pressure that Detroit's defensive line will be applying to matt schaub.  they will also be shocked at a hungry & desperate Lions team who will be moving the ball on the ground with their solid back Leshoure and thru the air with Stafford & Co.  this Texans team is on short rest after 2 grueling matches.  remember 2 weeks ago they had to travel to Chicago where they played a low scoring smashmouth game and then a division matchup that went into OT with the Jags.  they will not be ready for the energy / motivation from the Lions.

Schwarz is kind of a simpleton yes. Stafford too much like philip rivers...a moron....I dont think they will do very well with throw incomplete throw imcomplete throw incomplete.Watt and company will destroy him. Hou better def. Det oline weak. Ndummykon suh aint stepped on nobody in a while. His dominance has lessened. were looking at a no playoff team. Hou and und for the large!!!!

Don't pick Detroit on thanksgiving Day because they kill the gambler every year just don't take the home dog.

BEWARE

TeXan $$$ indigestion anyone ?
True , 8 long years , Lions appear to mutate into Turkeys.
Taking  closer look at the "streak",
Behold Turkey Qb's prior to Stouffer/ Johnson era :
Culpepper, Kitna and Garcia
lol
Stouffer era ,Lions have faced Divisional Pack 2 X and Pats en fuego on Thanksgiving.
No doubt TeXans are good yet far from en Fuego of late , showing significant slow down after blistering start facing Lions team that can ill afford to go 4 - 7 with a loss.
Similar to Jets scenario last week, which I posted n' Cashed in as upset ML play , Lions face similar do or die playoff type game vs  TeXans team that has little to none concerns having division pretty much wrapped up with NONE time to address inexplicable secondary meltdown vs Jags Chad Henning 354 yrds + 4 TD 's +  O INTS !
Closer look ,exposes TeX's soft white underbelly vs. Gunslingin' QB's : A.Rodgers 338 yrds 6 TDS - P.Manning 330 Yrds 2 TDS
Stouffer certainly not up there but has Gunsligin' ability
avg. + 300 yrds .
LIONS red flag: Seattle lynch ran 105 yrds @ Det.
Similar outcome likely  with TeX's  Foster looking to make it 4 in a road row @+100 yrds.
Foster Will hit mark.
Keeping Stafford / Johnson on the sides will be TeX plan
via run attack.
However ,  Jags Henne 4 TD 0 INT Blueprint will absolutely be exploited  vs Do or die Lions.
TeX can take comfort getting W next week vs Titans .
Lions 0 - 8 Turkey streak should end here ( unless TO's dictate game)  with Tex's secondary expected to be gasping for air by 4th quarter in heated Dome with C.Johnson / Stouffer combo connecting for 3 TDS.
.

I just can't overthink this one.... I can just see Stafford running for his life and making a bunch of bad decisions and winding up with a couple of costly picks. Another Tryptophan induced loss for the Loins....

Houston is 9-1 with their only loss at home against Green Bay. Houston has won all 9 of their games by AT LEAST 6 points or more. I'm only giving up 3 points against a team that isn't Green Bay, New England, or San Francisco?

Houston -3 for the mortgage! GL all!

If your gonna play the NFL you have to go with whats on paper ... meaning HOU wins and covers.  What you have to figure is whether a shitty incosistent team like DET has an up week.  Like the team with the better and more consistent Def.

The Lions always find a way to shoot themselves in the foot. They are NOT a well-oiled machine.

As for the Jets, they finally won a game. Now it's time to go back to their losing ways.

3 team parlay: Houstron -3, Dallas -3.5, and NE money line

Final answer.

GL all

Detroit Moneyline

Last week the Lions were at home vs a division foe who has no running game, an injured top reciever and a wounded defense... The Lions must have been "hungry and desperate" in that game also right...???

Yet they LOST...!!!

I think that Houston can handle the "Kittys".

Should be fun... We'll see.

Time for the BagHeads to come back and fill the stands in Detroit. They can pop in thier ALCS tapes and celebrate that... but avoid those World Series tapes that show the SFGiants snuffing out Verlander and Co. in four straight.

Poor Kittys...

On top of all that, this is a non-conference game, so how motivated are the Texans gonna be? No, the line, is about right.

The Texans played The Jags at home last Sunday...  Short week yes, Frequent flyer miles no... Last week was a classic sandwich game for the Texans. Bears on the road the week before in the matchup of 1 loss teams, and now another stand alone road game with the entire country watching. ..  Like the Texans here, better in all phases of the game, and just hope it stays at -3....

DET +4 (.5) - +4 now at the Atlantis, i may wait til gametime to see if it goes higher before i pull the trigger.  Holding my nose and betting the Texans will be tired after an OT-game a few short days ago, a banged up secondary exposed by the Jags, the Lions need the game more. SCORE: Texans 24-Lions 21
